Unauthorized activities on daily basis
Overdraft fees! When this bank sent me new card to my home they switch my account from not having over draft fees to having one without my consent and since then they been charging me double on some occasions, they charge me after two day, some transaction after 4 days.. get my account into negative without any purchasing that day??? Like this morning I had $4 dollar in my checking to ovoid overdraft fees after couple hours without purchasing anything my checking is at -16$. When I try to see the merchant who charge me, it’s just a random one later followed by zip code!

This app is trash. It always constantly has login issues.
No Zelle
We’ve had a Bank of Texas business account for quite a while now and I keep hoping that eventually they will start using Zelle, but it is still not available. It makes it very difficult to pay contractors. I wish they would consider that.

Unable to see deposits in my account
I am very aggravated because I cannot see account deposits in my account for some reason I see later ones but not the most current ones. I do not know what’s going on.
Can’t Enable Face ID
Got a new phone and I cannot enable Face ID. Keeps giving me the error message “Unable to set Face ID. Please log out and try again”
Mostly works
I use the app to verify transactions and remotely deposit checks. Very often the check deposit feature can’t recognize the back of a check and keeps telling me to flip check. Today it will not accept the back of a check so I’ll have to go to the bank. Frustrating. I’ve tried multiple times.

This app is handy when it decides to work . Always in “maintenance” and o can never get an answer!!!!! Left me stranded one time . Ridiculous!!!!!!!!
The app is restrictive.
It’s difficult to transfer money between accounts and stuff is always offline for obscure holiday reasons. Not sure why half this stuff isn’t automated.
Logs out even when constantly scrolling
Apparently, scrolling to review transactions is not recognized as activity. I have to keep logging in. It is very irritating.

Why is Zelle still unavailable?
Zelle was working just fine then suddenly it’s unavailable. It’s been two months, can’t send or receive money.

NOT WORKING ON IPAD
The recent update has caused an issue with the 2 factor authentication. I was forced to sign out, and upon signing in again and entering the code that was texted to my cell, the app unexpectedly crashes. Cannot log in.

Update conceals account
The most recent update just covered up my ability to tap on my account for details. The option is covered by new options that I can’t get rid of on my iPad.

Can’t Pay Mortgage W/App
Every time you guys do an update I can’t pay my mortgage using the app or online until you fix the issue. Then it gets fixed, then a new update comes out and I have the same problem again. Very frustrating!
