Poor online deposit system
When checks are above a certain amount, I have to try to add the check multiple times. Lower amounts never seem to affect the system. Please work to improve this system as it is a colossal waste of time.
New Update Messed Up Biometric Login
After the update on 3/21/24, I can no longer login with my fingerprint. It says to login with my password and select the biometric login option for the next time, but after doing that it still made me have to login manually. I tried 3 times with the same result.
Transfer
I was trying to transfer from my business account to my personal account but it won’t let me. I had to enter in the information because they aren’t linked and it keeps saying it exceeds the amount. When I called the branch they said it would be very easy to do in the app, and that’s just not the case
Fix the autocapture!
It’s not the best, not the worst except the autocapture for mobile deposits. It constantly hunts for the pic.
Amegy Customer
I have been with Amegy Bank since joining in Houston in 2005. Each time I call customer service it gets better and better. The customer service and the security is by far the best I have ever seen and it just gets better each year!
Awful App
The system is horrible. 2 users on the same account cannot share bill pay information - each user has to enter that information in independently. And if 2 users/devices share the same username, the fraud department has apparently decided it would be a good idea to block that username.

Amegy app needs a lot of development
Amegy app needs a lot of development. Biometrics don’t work properly. Cannot pay credit card balance in the app. Credit card cashback rewards/point are not displayed. Email notification doesn’t work. Bank accounts can be added without any verification. No activate coupons section.

I wish amegy would sent a (ding) notification for every transaction as it happened, not a summary overnight.
App normally fine but has been a mess lately
Y’all recently updated the app and included a features tour to show how it worked. Lovely, except it * wouldn’t go away*, every time I loaded it. I reinstalled the app and it helped. It seemed to be fine. Now, I try to open it, and it goes to a completely blank screen. It’s dead in the water. Oh, and I see the graphics of the feature tour before it goes black, so it’s like it’s doing that again. Please fix your app and please let us get away from this ##!* feature tour!

How long do we have to look at clip art of hands in the air
This app feels so incredibly bootleg. I know Zions is trying to share across all banks but I’m so tired of seeing hands at a conference table at the top of the app instead of a proper logo like a real bank. It’s been years of this half baked design. The transaction log is also horribly formatted with bizarre fonts and spacing. Frost Banks app is way, way better.

Difficult to review transactions
It is extremely difficult to review transactions older than about 4-5 months. Once you go past that, it re-loads to the current date and you have to s-l-o-w-l-y try to nurse it beyond that time. And unfortunately, if you write an occasional check, that’s the only way to see the image. Check images are not on your statements. It was a mess because we didn’t know this when trying to review a year’s worth of transactions for tax purposes. We haven’t had any other issues but this one is big and we are hoping Amegy can fix the glitch.

Go with another bank. You’ll have an easier time. If you love talking to customer service agents time after time after they’ve repeatedly told you they’ve fixed the issue, then this is the bank for you!

This bank needs to step up to current standards. The sign in is antiquated. The services are inadequate.

I love comming to the location on I-10 Federal, Dulce Cabanas is always helping me and guiding me with my financials, I recommend her 100%
Bad update
Can we get a way to resize the text? The latest update makes everything huge and you can’t see where a charge is from without opening each transaction which is a big slowdown.
In app analytics breaks functionality
It appears that there are some new in app analytics that break the app. It no longer functions behind a PiHole with non US based IP's being blocked. App crashes on load.

Terrible Uodate
Amegy is constantly making idiotic updates that serve no purpose. This update ruined the letter sizing of the transactions so it only includes the first 10 letters when you’re viewing your transactions and you can’t tell what they’re for. Amegy is a terrible bank and we will be leaving soon!
Great Banking App!
The app is very easy to use. You can clearly understand how to use it to get your banking done. They also have good controls in place to make sure you are not moving too quickly and everything is going to the right place. I highly recommend it!
Never works anymore.
This app hasn’t worked on my iPhone for 2 months. Tried reloading. Still says sorry something went wrong try again. Need to find a new bank.
