Great service
1 star until I can easily login to my personal and business account from the app.
There needs to be an option from the main screen (or an equivalent solution) to select and switch between personal and business accounts. Requiring full logouts to access another account is inefficient and unnecessary.

AMOCO FCU Mobile app is a great way to keep track of your account activity. Checking, Savings, and Loan balances.
Buggy all the time
This app is always crashing or being unavailable at inconvenient times and it is always removing features. Zelle hasn’t been on my app for weeks now and i’ve just accepted that it’s cause of the awful app. Great bank, atrocious app.
Bill Pay
I wish you could figure out a way to help me with my Bill Pay since you’ve been taking care of it for a while, and I don’t have access to the portal for my condo association to pay my homeowners dues

GREAT BANK GOOD APP IF IT ACTULLY WORKS
I recently switch banks and kind of a big thing for me is the online app banking part and this app is a good app not the best if it Actully works it’s so laggy and buggy and dose not want to work half the time when I go to setting to mess with something it dose not want to load and sometimes it dose it needs to be addressed Also wish they had a widget I could put on my Home Screen to see my accounts easily from a widget in my phone. Instead of going into the app everytime I want to check something

Unable to access my account for 4 days
I have had trouble getting into my account for 4 days. AMOCO can't seem to fix my issue. Unhappy customer.
Deposit GREEN in color.
It would be nice and helpful if all deposits would show GREEN in color.

Either I have to close and reopen the app 3/5 times to get it to actually open or it’s down and won’t let me get in other than that it’s great. Shows my accounts accurately and display is nice
Faster transfers
Wish the transfers were faster.
Transfer option NEVER works
great bank but TERRIBLE app. The transfer option is always down. Maybe 5 out of the 7 day week!! I am barely able to transfer money at all, using my own service or even connected to internet, it never works!! Hopefully by posting this, it can be fixed!
Would be good if it wasn’t broke all the time
Constantly locks me out and breaks all the time. I can’t even check my funds because it’s broken. Right now it says I need to update the app to use but no updates available so I have no access to it

Amoco should really update the app to work properly. I still can’t check my credit score because everytime I click it to check it says “oops that’s embarrassing” meaning it’s not working. They took away the debit card feature which is horrible, I can’t wait until my car loan is paid off and then I’m leaving them
On the go
I really like it if I’m on the go and forgot to check my account before I left. I have connection in my car so I’m able to look it up before I go into a store.
