Updating the app
This app needs to be updated it’s very slow to respond. Cash amounts, switching from account to account. Please fix this issue
Over draft
I opted out for overdraft and get my at $0 allow places to take funds that are not in the account and essentially make my account negative. Even after I called to verify and asked for it not to happen again now I’m suffering with a $29 penalty for insufficient funds.
Pretty good
Pretty good and useful app, but has fairly frequent issues and downtime. When it works it’s perfect, though.
Loan tracking history
You can only track the last 30 days using this app which is very inconvenient.
Hard to deposit check
When taking a picture of the check it’s upside down and you have maneuver and position it just right. Very hard to do

There’s no complaining about TBC being so awesome.

I started banking with Texas bay about 2 months ago and so far they have been the best and easiest banking experience I found my bank.
terrible experience
I can’t even pay the loan on my car because this app is so poorly optimised. and it has been for years.
Not convenient for me
This app for paying my car loan is a bit complicated and not very user-friendly. It feels more complex than other apps I’ve used, making the payment process a bit slower and less efficient.
Deposits are hard
It seems to be very hard to do mobile deposits. And there is no notification if it is not accepted. It is very frustrating.
Credit card
I can’t see my credit card statements on the app, it’s a bummer to have to go to the safari to have to access the information.

I’ve been with them about a month now and I have zero complaints. They very informative, mobile deposits are easy, minimum holds on large deposits. More importantly, ATM always work

I don’t like how the app has changed to where you can’t click on the credit card and see what has went through and the amount that is on card and it was easier to make payments from the app from my different bank but can’t seem to do that any more. Not sure why they changed it,I look at it like this if it’s not broke don’t fix it . I loved the old app I don’t like the changed app at all.

The worst banking app it loads very, very, very slow. It crashes all the time too many buttons. You also have to sometimes exit out of the app and go back into it just to be able to see your card number information which keep in mind you can only view your card information for 60 seconds. The app is horrible. There's times where it glitched out when I was trying to turn my car back on, which is very embarrassing sitting at a register. And I'm speaking on the app. Only the bank itself is even worse.
