Great credit union, terrible app
As a financial institution, GCEFCU is great. They are always really helpful. Their app on the other hand, is terrible. Clunky, slow, not intuitive at all. Major overhaul needed.
It’s good
I’ve received good support always which is a selling point, but I had an issue with fraud and had to change my card. They helped me through the whole process but I ended up losing the dispute. Not happy about it but I can’t complain about the service

My family and I have chosen to use GCEFCU for our financial needs for several years now and couldn’t be more pleased with there services. They offer excellent products and services. The agents and staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They go the extra mile to ensure that all of our financial needs are met. They have educated us numerous times on various financial instruments. They have definitely been a blessing to our family and I recommend them. Ms. Patty is one of the staff on their team and she has exceeded my expectations with her caring and compassionate service.
