App is Trash After Name Change
I have to delete and reinstall my app every single time to use it or I get stuck in an endless cycle of verifying I’m human. Same settings, phone, and Internet as my husband but I somehow can’t login.

Now that they have changed from ACU, I cannot login the app! What a nightmare! Says my name/password is wrong, and won’t let me register. Great job screwing this up.

Love the app except I lost the deposit button. I’ve reinstalled the app several times and it still won’t allow me to deposit checks via the app. So sad🥺
Great app! Except...
This app is great and is easy to navigate. You can customize account names, deposit checks, transfer money and more. Except the only negative thing I have to say about this app is that the Face ID does not work. The Face ID option will show up, scan your face, but then not log in. You have to manually type your password in every time. It’s doesn’t make this app unusable at all. It can just get annoying to type in your password every time when the app makes you think you can actually just use Face ID. And for that minor gripe. 4 stars.

Never wants to load
Zero stars never wants to load to allow me to log in very frustrating when I’m in the store trying to unlock my card and the app will not load👎

Mobile bill pay quit working around COVID time. Just haven’t stopped to call about fixing it. Not sure the issue.

I have been a member for a little over 6 years and I have always been able to have all of my financial needs met. Ethan, Lauren, and the Staff are ultra professional and courteous.
Please do updates and improvements to app
I wish improvements could be made to the log in function authentication method. I can’t tell you how many times I try to log in only to wait a couple hours to receive a code. And it’s has nothing to do with my phone service as I’m able to receive texts and calls during this period having full service. Just frustrating when I can’t access my account
Plz make Apple Watch compatible

I love that I can check my balance and make payments with my debit card online. It saves me time which I love.

Want let me deposit checks via the app! It is supposed to but it will not. I have removed and redownloaded the app a couple of times! Ugh!

Terrible app
Continuously kicks me out and requires me to “receive a call from the call center” for a code, but they never end up calling. I just have to wait a few days every time until it randomly allows me to log in again. Insanely frustrating.

Love this app :) so quick for me to transfer money and see my balance!
App crashes every week
Almost every week the app crashes and wont let me login. After trying to login it sends me to a security check screen where it says it will send me a txt message with a code and that never comes. Garbage

Not User friendly
The app and .com both are not user-friendly. You have to search around just to figure out how to login. Then it wouldn’t take my login. Didn’t say why so i called the more than friendly customer service —very kind and very helpful. used the website 3 times and had to call each time because website and this app are not user friendly at all. So frustrating. The people that work there are WONDERFUL but their tech needs a lot of work.

Change back to the old app
The new app doesn’t reflect current banking activity, takes several days for transactions and deposits to show up on the app. The platform as a whole isn’t nearly as user friendly as the old app was. Much harder to do anything on this new app.
