Why are we unable to make mobile deposits now? It gives an error. This is seriously annoying.

Great Customer Service
I have felt welcome from the day I opened my account at MCCU. I later refinanced my vehicle with the help of Pamela and Alicia which were amazing at helping me get the best deal possible. I have been getting the word around to open an account with MCCU.

The app barely works. It is always crashing, and has such an ugly interface. You would think they would get a handle on that by now.
No more mobile deposit
After the recent update (or some update prior) I no longer have the ability to make a mobile deposit. That’s a pretty handy feature to have disappear, even if I don’t use it often. iPhone user - all updates installed - please fix it! I checked and my family on Google Pixels still have the option.
Dark mode
Good app. Unbelievable there is no dark mode available.

Very hard to get help the girls in the reception area do not want to get out of their seat to get someone to help. Lazy people with out dated glasses.

Work in progress
This app has come a long way in 2 years. They have fixed several issues and made more user friendly but still needs to be more streamlined. It looks very busy and confusing at times. They also need to put the bill pay widget back on the bottom instead of having to navigate just to find it now.

Just sits on the title screen
It won’t load my accounts or let me interact with the app. It just loads the title/loading screen that says members choice credit Union and won’t load beyond that. It’s 2025; fix your app or shut down your business.
Update not working
Like a previous review said....I got it to work when it first updated and then it kept asking me to accept or decline a disclosure, but it wouldn’t let me do either in the app. Then I logged in via a computer and accepted that disclosure and now I am able to use the app again.

I like it but the only thing that I don’t like is that you guys are retaining my $5
stop allowing fraud
this whole time i’ve used yall i keep having to get new cards as they get charged with fraud when i hardly even use my cards, come to find out my sister is getting fraud charges on new cards yall haven’t even sent out and allowing people to fake identity with my family and hence allowing ppl to steal from us. yet when i have to log in the app i can’t even use my face id. get it together
Need major upgrade
Since I’ve had the app, I’ve never received the actual notification pop ups (1), there’s times in which I log in with my usual username and password but for some reason they don’t go through (2), text message fraud notifications are okay I just wish the app would do the same.
Function Failures
I’ve been a member for over 25 years and this app seems to have gone DOWNHILL. I can no longer deposit checks via the app without getting the 499 error “Something went wrong… Retry”. Today I was checking transfers and tried to get back to account overview and again would not work. Very frustrated with the app.

Everything is very outdated on the website and app and a lot of banking features not available. Honestly would’ve been better off going with chase.
