Absolutely love this bank! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with outstanding customer service. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and make banking feel easy and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a bank that truly values its customers!
Notifications not working
Even after updates claimed to have notification updates the app still not showing notifications also even if the email option is chosen I used to get real time notification for example for checks or direct deposit, none of that works anymore. I am not sire how this app was destroyed when there was no need to touch it.

Problem with Zelle
I don’t like that it doesn’t give me the option to send money with Zelle through my checking account it only has the option for my savings and it doesn’t allow me to change it

Needs update now
It’s gone all janky on me this week. And now there’s big pop-ups about cookies. It’s simply impossible to use, turns off my phone if I try too hard because it doesn’t know me anymore and I guess it thinks I’m a thief.

This a great credit union. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They have really great products. I highly recommend.

The app looks like it was designed by a 7th grader. Use the website because nothing in the app works EVER.
Great bank
I have been banking with first service for several years now I enjoy banking with them. They’re very flexible and easy to reach on the phone. They’ve been able to help me with several of my banking needs. The customer service is friendly and helpful
New app took away good features
New app took away good features, why release new app with less features?? This app messed up my external accounts for ACH payments, tried to setup a new one via manual deposit but no way to verify the deposits, just getting errors. Just a nonsense app. The loan payment transaction has less information, missing how much went to interest and how much to principal. Mobile deposit is not real time any more. Do not just change the app for a change, where is the added value?!! I feel like management team at this CU are just failing to do their job.

I’ve been with this loan service for years and hate their app. Why would you make this app more complicated than it should be? The new update is the worst! Considering switching banks at this point. You do the most when it is not needed.

Horrific Update
And I think the worst offense is the easyvest account. You’re telling me that instead of a nice easily seen way of noting my current balance, how much I’ve earned, what is being bought and sold at a glance, I now have to NOT use the app and instead need to go off the app to the “Drive Wealth Portal” and use a horrifically designed minimalistic page to view my investments? I don’t want to constantly scroll through a ton of earlier statements and trade confirmations just to get a vague understanding of my account’s status that won’t be fully understood until the end of the month. Well, I COULD get a current idea but I’d have to waste time personally finding and calculating everything myself instead having it already brought up and done so for me like a service like this should do. Before I could get an instant glance at everything and now I can’t and my experience is worsened because of that. I’ve never bothered to review apps before but I had to this time because it was such a bad update.

Safe Ap?
New Version 4018.1.1 installed 12-15-25 released too early. Some external xfers deducted money twice. Last did credit money to external acct but did deduct $ from FSCU. Needed to replace labels as they didn’t xfer from old ap. Too many calls later, fixes in place. Overnight holds from sending account apparently work differently as well.

A massive downgrade vs the old version
Critical functions which were available in the new app are no longer available in this version. Whoever pushed this app to production should consider an alternative career, perhaps one in the circus.

FSCU is the best Credit Union you can work with. The staff is always friendly and assists with any discrepancies that may occur on your account and will answer any questions or concerns that arise on your account. I 100% recommend them if you’re looking to build your credit or a bank that will meet your needs.
New update
The new update took away the total amount feature that made it easy to see total funds in accounts. Also took away the ability to move accounts info making it easier for the user to see. Update locked down user friendly features.
