This app is okay, but it doesnβt give you a lot of details about the things needed for routine questions. For example, it says you can text but it doesnβt actually allow you to text. You have to call. You can write down the number and then text. Not user friendly.

The app and the customer service is the worst. Pretty much every time Iβve called, Iβve had someone with a bad attitude not be able to help or want to help me. The app is no better. It has a slide ruler for your credit card payment and it never lands on the correct payment. Over all, terrible experience.

Bad design worse navigation
Very difficult to navigate and not intuitive. Why is it so hard to add an external transfer account. This is really one of the first features a finance app should have and with services like plaid this should be easy.

I have been with FCCU for quite awhile already and the app is one of the best features! Safe and convenient!

This Is one of the best Credit Union Bank Apps I can honestly say theirs some advanced features
Staff
For the record, I called three times in a row asking for help with this app. Staff told me and I quote someone should call you back in a couple of days. After no one called me back, I called a second time and at the conclusion asked for an employee ID number, a last name or some way to reference the conversation. To which I was denied. Straight up the worst service Iβve ever had and as soon as it is convenient for me, I will transfer this loan.

Horrible UI. Cannot set up autopay on loans for my car. You have to call the branch itself. Paying the auto loan from a different account requires you to jump Through hoops. Highly not recommended Jump
