Great Credit Union, Bad App
For the past three months I have no idea why the app is unresponsive and slow. I just tap and tap and tap on my checking account from the opening screen and it takes forever. There are no spinning wheels or anything to show that it’s loading. It just stalls. I close the app reopened it again and it does the same thing.

Mobile deposit doesn’t work
I haven’t been able to do a mobile deposit in years. At first I thought it was my phone. I had an iPhone 11. Then I upgraded to a 12. Same issue. Gave up and tried again. I have a 16 pro max. Still the same issue. Camera screen goes black when I try to make a deposit. Please fix this.
Needs Zelle
If it had Zelle or something so I can send money back forth to my other account would be great

The convenience is highly appreciated. Moving funds is easy and intuitive. Makes budgets easy to follow and track. However asking the chatbot to help with issues might, as well be talking to a wall. Not sure if it’s just keywords it struggles with or what but man unless your question is super basic better talking to a rep. Love it 9 out of ten.
The app is awful
The app needs fixing. Who ever is yall tech guy needs to get replaced or yall need to train them more. I have capital one and that app is way better than the SHELL FCU mobile. When i used my shell credit card the app does this weird thing that it doesn’t show my transaction. It takes up to 4 to 5 days to show up., i think yall need to look at capital one app so yall can know what to fix. This app needs fixing.

I love being able to see my accounts and do things I need to do so easily. Very easy to navigate with the app.
Verifying Human Nonsense
Ever since the update I can’t get past the verifying human nonsense. I hit the check mark over and over and it just keeps reloading over and over.
No zelle?
Zelle isn’t available and I’m unable to transfer money to external accounts.

If you forget your pin at the atm and go inside, someone will call you a month later and ask you why and just what you were doing, like your activity was odd. The guise was “did you receive your funds we saw your hands were empty” Really? You think I’d leave without them? I went inside after all It was an odd and invasive call, a month after the transaction. That’s a slippery slope to being too invasive.
