Worked before this yr
I’ve had the app for ten yrs… no complaints. now it doesn’t even work half the time??? Wtf. Fix it. Doesn’t let me login or do most the things I want!

I use this app to deposit checks and it has gotten increasingly more annoying. You have to take the picture like 20 times on each side before it will decide to accept it
Good not great
Good for the basics and essentials for sure. But I have trouble loading the app occasionally and it gets frustrating. Also, I’d like to get specific notifications but that’s not offered

Best bank ever. Workers are great, they are knowledgeable, they will go the the extra mile to help you.
Upgrade issues
Always had no problems with the app (and have been a customer since prior to the digital age), but after the upgrade in March, half the time the app works, half the time it doesn’t. There are times when I’m trying to do my online bill pay, but the option isn’t there. I’ve tried shutting down the app and restarting. I’ve restarted my phone and tied redownloading the app, but the error is apparently not on my end. Please fix. I do all my banking through the app & if it continues I may need to find another institution.
Decent app
Decent financial app, I’m able to do all banking from my phone.
Used to be better
After last update the ease of use and functionality have diminished.
Loan Account
Would be nice to see more information on the loan account. Start date, payments completed and payments left to make quantities.
Deep sigh
But part of the app is seeing my balance, worst part of the app is seeing my balance. Very helpful with keeping tabs on bills and easy transfer to help kids when they are short or mess up their money.
New App
The new App is awful. It takes forever to log onto & logs you off in the middle of it. The notifications also will not clear. It has been the worst update

Most banks have 2 day early payday I wish yall had that to make have to change banks
Doesn’t work properly
The new update has some serious bugs that causes the app to continue to not launch and stay showing the loading screen.

I can’t open my app without this pop-up asking to rate and review. I did it already! Super irritating!!
Mostly good app
I like the layout and ease of reading the screens on my phone. Bill pay is an annoyance, however. You have to flip back & forth between screens to see amounts due on your accounts. Then you must note this and carry over to a different screen to pay. This really needs to be mashed up in some way making it easier and less error prone for the user.

Very slow
This app is very slow anytime I want to check my account it says there’s a problem loading my information and says come back another time. I will close out of the app and open it and there is still a problem. I do this multiple times and nothing changes and I’m not able to view my account and it is very frustrating.

App: fantastic! Frequency of rating request: too much.
I appreciate that First Community wants a rating for the app. I am so grateful to have access to my account information at the touch of a button. However, it is frustrating that it pops up every time I log in. It would be better if the rating screen was occasional.
Horrible
Won’t transfer to external accounts. Every time i go to settings > account preference it freezes. The app is outdated, unorganized and this is after the so called update.
