Brad Sullins and his team are the most concerned, accurate and on top of every issue I ever call and handle all my questions and necessities. They are the best and as a result, I tell everyone work with Commerce Bank. They are the best Bank I’ve ever worked with myself.
This app sucks
The app wouldn’t let me change my password. It kept telling me, “Sorry, I can’t do that right now. Please try again later or dial this number.” Which I did. I was on hold for about 20 minutes, while Customer Service gave me various instructions for changing my password. None of them worked. All they managed to do, was reset my password. Then I was given new instructions for changing my password. Those instructions didn’t work either. When nature called, I excused myself, I excused myself to see to my bodily functions. While on the toilet, I noticed I’d received multiple confirmations of password changes via text. While on the throne I discovered, if I told the app that I’d forgotten my password, then followed those instructions, I was finally able to change my friggen password!

Difficult
Every month I have trouble logging in, don’t know if it’s cause I use Apple or Safari but it’s getting old.. also the new format makes it difficult to just pay bills on line. I don’t know the account numbers that go with every payee so if you fave more than one with the same company name it’s hard to know you’re paying who you intended to since the message line doesn’t show anymore. This really is non-user friendly.

Customer service will hung up on you if you have an accent.

Not sure what the pints are for but when I checked on it the page pulled up that this account had no right to access or something like that.
App don’t work on my phone
About a week ago the app stopped working on my AT&T iPhone XR. Don’t know if they trying to say the phone is old or what but when I go to the website is say web address can’t be found!?!

I first opened our account when we moved to Clayton and been very happy with your services and friendliness! I also helped my father and handicapped brother to use Commerce when I moved them here from Wisconsin! Thanks for everything!
Poorly Optimized, Poorly Designed
App has started presenting me with a meaningless error message every time I open it. After I dismiss the app works as intended. This is largely emblematic of the whole experience. The app generally functions, but does so in a disjointed, poorly thought out, and poorly executed way.
My credit card
Commerce notice something was odd on my credit card and they stopped a fraud case for me. I greatly appreciate you guys you guys are absolutely wonderful.

It’s not a problem and they make my life easier within a small amount of time. Love my people at west republic road. I’ve been in line and one boss lady always leaves her desk to get everything going if other great service is busy. Bank here if you want real friendly people.

Last month or so every time I open the app it throws an error saying something went wrong. It used to just open using face id after I clicked OK but now it fails to open at all.
