App
Wonderful and glad it’s available
App sucks very lame
Very lame use of app not like other apps
Getting documents overly complex
Choosing the correct input of multiple choices to get the document you want is way to complicated and usually results in never finding the document you want.
Card
Would like the option to lock my card
Thank You Staff
Appreciate your business God bless you
Always down
Been using them for over a year and they have almost screwed me over on getting a car cause they don’t allow you to spend certain amounts and they’re always down so you can NEVER access your own money
Pop up Messages
It looks ugly. Please do previous version.
Ok
The is adequate for what little I need.
Works
I can see how much money I have left so like yeah pretty good app can deposit checks in there too.
My experience with this app
Difficult to maneuver through the app and the Zelle takes days. It is not an automatic thing at least not with my experience. I use Zelle on other bank apps works fine.
Academy Bank flaws
I like the app, but it seems to be a little behind actual data and you cannot make payments to your Academy Bank credit card. But everything else about I like.

App
The only banking app that I have ever used, but I gotta be honest. It’s the easiest thing to navigate ever. I’m an old guy and I’m not very good with Tec, with this app gets a five star rating from this old guy
