A1 program ! Love it
Done & Done
The app is basically unusable on iPhone. After entering the PIN, the number keypad will not go away, which means you cannot access or press the “Done” button to continue. This is a basic login function and should have been caught and fixed. For an app people rely on to access important benefits, this is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Please fix the iPhone keyboard/PIN issue.

Terrible
My Card is frozen since someone stole the money a few months back so now I freeze it after I use it every time. So here I am with my groceries and the dang app is frozen. I can’t even get in to unfreeze my card to use it… I restarted my phone that did not help. Tried to update that wasn’t even an option
Too Clunky to be so Necessary
The app feels too bare bones for all of the functions it is supposed to provide. The UX isn’t intuitive nor does the app encourage its use. I find accessing my case information and updating my profile complicated and feel I have to relearn the app each time I use it. It’s better to make an appointment and go in person than to use the app, imo.
Process was easy
The recertification process was easy.
Can’t get past the PIN number on a mobile phone
It made me set up a pin number or code to use the app. But I can’t get the screen to go away after entering the code. So I can’t use this app?!
It’s convenient
But you quickly learn things aren’t what they seem. I think the way we disperse aid is the problem, and having the state oversee and county assess leaves some holes and differences of method. But the app is convenient in a messy situation.
Was great
Past week I have been having issues with the app I go to login. Everything works great. It shows me the screen like everything‘s working and then after about 10 seconds goes to a blank white page and I cannot do anything. It shows nothing it does nothing I have uninstalled I’ve reinstalled I’ve done everything human possibly to make it work, but before this issue worked amazing would definitely highly recommend it if

I love having this as an app instead of a webpage but there so many places that I click on that makes the app crash.

I appreciate how easy it is to submit my recertification for SNAP. I find it easy to use and stress-free, and quick.
Incompetence rules
You never keep up with the iPhone updates and the app has been borderline unusable for months now. Keyboards block input and there is no way to adjust it. There is no successful way to send feedback in the app because that section is broken too.

Please stop with changing passwords I hate passwords and hate creating I don’t have a good memory and I can’t open my account because I need a new password stop with this already
Fast and easy!
Super easy to use!
Useless
Doesn’t Work. Keeps kicking me off and an endless loop of signing in that goes right back to log in again. Please don’t blame my phone or internet. They work just fine and yes iOS is updated to the latest version. I’ve reinstalled it many times, cleared history on phone, restarted phone and the app keeps asking me to login over and over for the past month. It’s a horrible app And experience.

Great service
Pin issue
Can’t honestly rate the function of the app because I can’t even log in. I go to type my pin. It pulls up the numbers to enter, but that covers the “ done” button and I can’t minimize it either to hit “done” which means I can’t log in. UPDATE: yes, Its the most up to date version. The pin log in doesn’t work if u try to log in using a pin rather than password. But It lets you close out of the pin log in screen, and it directs you to a different screen where u can log in with email and password.
Easy to navigate
The app makes things easy to update your information, there used to be a glitch that uploaded documents would disappear but I can see all the past documents ! Great update.
