Very helpful I recommend credit union of Colorado
App incompatible with biometric unlock after iOS 26.3
Since update to iOS 26.3, this app's jankiness is magnified. The most serious problem is it often breaks biometric auth (Face ID), popping a bogus modal saying, "It appears that Face ID settings were modified recently on your phone...". Narrator: But the settings were not modified, at all. 11+ other apps (banking, brokerage, health, etc.) all work normally, getting their keys from secure enclave after unlock. This bug is CUofCO's app contractors' problem with their (lack of) coding ability. And there's no way to report it beyond posting a review. Which CUofCO will remove. Because a usefully secure password safe is local to a computer, not shared in the cloud where it can be stolen more easily, getting to my password (which is less secure than a biometric unlock of UUID and key!) often requires travel. So this kind of maximally stupid quality assurance + testing failure on the part of CUofco's jank app contractor renders the CUofCO app less than useless for what should be secure-enclave-backed keys for mobile banking. What a travesty.
Hard to add account
I got a car loan and have been trying for weeks to add my checking account from another bank and it hasn’t let me yet. Please fix this.
iOS compatibility
I have enjoyed the app and its functionality up to this point but recently had issues with the app version after the updates. Even though ithe App Store stated I was running a compatible iOS on my phone every time I opened the app it stated it was down for maintenance, “we’re fixing something” or a similar cute error message was displayed even after removing and reinstalling the application. I informed the representative I spoke with over the phone that the app was not allowing me to access my account and had to perform transfers, etc over the phone. Days later this error still persisted until I updated my phones iOS and then I was able to access the app again without issues. So to anyone experiencing access issues you’ll want to ensure you’re running an updated iOS on your device. This access issue prohibited me from checking balances or paying credit statements and is extremely frustrating to have to deal with potential credit hits because the app developers did not update the iOS compatibility on the App Store after the most recent updates, if I would have known it was that simple of a fix I could have addressed the issue a week or more ago and avoided the stress/impact. DEVELOPERS PLEASE REVIEW THE COMPATIBILITY OF THE MOST RECENT APP VERSION AND UPDATE.

Cant transfer funds
Cant transfer funds because only allows one account for the trnsfer source and only svings for transfer reciept account.
Ok
The app is ok for the most part. The issues I have are whenever I’m using the chat feature the app closes every time I receive a response. Also I liked being able to see all of my accounts at once weather than having to scroll and scroll and click
Easy and fast
Have been with the credit union since 1987. The app makes accessing my account easy. I have recently developed vision problems and noticed that the app does not have accessibility features. There’s no way to change the color of the links to one that might be easier seen by the user. It also is lacking the pinch to enlarge function. Those would be most helpful!
Too many prompts
App is hard to navigate and I have several prompts to get through every time I log in asking me about notifications and device security. I thought the app would be easier to use by now and that I wouldn’t get all the pop ups every time I open it. Going to close my account here.
No way to link business account
I wish they would make it where I could have my business account and personal account under the same app or add a separate app for business accounts. It’s annoying not being able to use Face ID for both accounts.
Great when it works
Sometimes it clears my login data. Recently I’ve been having an issue where I can’t contact support, every time they message me back the app crashes. And I can’t use the app for a period of time because “another session is active.”
Customer Service
Yesterday I worked with Kevin and Kathryn on a possible fairs withdrawal from my checking account. Both employees treated me with kindness respect and genuine interest. The integrity of their work their thoughtfulness helped me to avoid having to change my account number. These folks always demonstrate such commitment, that is feels like it’s their money too and they work hard to keep it safe And that’s why I have banked with CUOf Co for the past 40 years!
Update is a mess for phone
Update a week ago restricts my ability to view pending payments on dashboard! Needs to be fixed or undone!
Useless App
This app is terrible! I have my accounts setup in the app so I can see my transactions and view my current balances. Nothing works. Today I went to check my account balance and the available and current balances on my cards are not available. I tried to check transactions and that feature is currently unavailable. Chat is unavailable. I called tech support the wait time is over an hour to speed with an agent. Seriously?! If it wasn’t such a pita I’d close my accounts and bank somewhere else but local branches in my small town are limited so I’m somewhat stuck. This doesn’t reflect well on the CUC banking institution.

I do not like the newest update
I feel like there’s too many extra steps to do anything on this app now. like for an example like just to send my wife some money is such a hassle. He used to be so much easier.
CU of CO is great!
I have been a member for a very long time, and I am quite pleased with the app. All my accounts are easy to see. I do reconcile transactions with Quicken (manually), and having the app makes it quick to do that with the phone. I have a joint account with my daughter, and of course transfers are super easy. I had asked about the ease of getting statements, and someone reached right back out to me with a development update. I’ve found the teams to be very responsive, kind, and always helpful. I appreciate old school relationship building, and I feel more connected by way of the app. I am very happy as a member at CU of CO and the app keeps the effort easy.
Surprised
Update: The most recent issue is ridiculous. When trying to make a payment, they won't let you use anything but a debit card, unless you have another account to transfer. The problem with that is that they charge you nearly $4 for a fee! I used to transfer from my bank and can no longer do so. This credit union is awful and a poor representation of credit unions. I'm surprised this app has 4.8 stars. The app is complicated to navigate. This is the worst of all the banking and financial apps I've used. If you try to pay extra toward principal on an account, it doesn't give you an option to ensure that's where the extra funds are going. I won't pay extra on it for that reason alone.

Nightmare to use
Trying to deposit checks on this app is a nightmare,it maybe works once or twice a month. You never know when it’s going to be down.constantly has issues ui is ugly and old. Sometimes I don’t have the time to go the bank and this app forces me to.

Needs updating badly!
I’ve been a member for about 20 years for context. I recently opened up accounts at Schwab, Ally, and Chase, and while I understand credit unions don’t have deep pockets to pay developers to make it the latest and greatest, this app is getting long in the tooth. The UI looks looks circa 2016, and doing things like connecting accounts to transfer money involves multiple screens that take you to out to a browser then back into the app (hopefully back to the right app—sometimes it opened Chase instead!) Please update the app! Also, it’s really weird there are two apps—one for cards and one for the banking part? Weird.

I can’t pay my car loan because of a system error it says 5553 and there’s no troubleshooting or anything a terrible app
