Love CCU
It’s wonderful —and rare these days— to be able to call a bank and have a human answer and resolve whatever question/issue I have within minutes. No hours on hold, no getting transferred dozens of times And the humans who answer are helpful and knowledgeable!

IOS 16 update
Hey thanks a lot! I can’t access online banking any more unless I update to IOS 16.I have an older phone and apparently cannot update the iOS 16. Why can’t you make an app that works for everyone? i’m sure I’m not the only one that this has affected.🤨not happy!
Sleek but not easily sortable
I like the dashboard and the jumping to accounts quickly but I seem to be in able to sort my transactions in a logical order. Months of data isn’t being displayed. Maybe user error.

Mr. Perez recommendation to open a credit card account helped me to consolidate credit card debt into a C.C.U. account that was paid off, along with two other credit cards that I closed, thanks to Bryan things have improved, which I hope provides me with an opportunity to sue the Department of Defense a “Conflict of Interest” lawsuit where the “Air Force Board of Corrections of Military Records (A.F.B.C.M.R.) Docket BC-1993-01795”; and the “Board of Veterans Appeals” (B.V.A.) Docket 14-21 127 petitions violate the “Conflict of Interest Act, H.R. 5472”. A.F.B.C.M.R. Docket “BC-1993-01795” used to Discharge me contains none of the “Ten Service Connected Entitlements contained in “B.V.A. Docket 14-21 127”, which is Institutionalized Discrimination in form Medical Malpractice is revealed by an absence of “duty of care” by the Hospital, and Mental Health lie’s stating I have a Personality Disorder while holding a “Top Secret Clearance” for “ten years”. Sixteen Letters of Support provided to me by multiple high ranking personnel were wrongfully filed as government evidence to eliminate a $750,000.00 Fraud, Waste, and Abuse scam that tacked on $1,500,000.00 of money the United States Air Force invested in my training as a “Satellite Communication Systems Supervisor”. $2,225,000.00 of training I received was lost so these prejudice jackasses could carry out this “international conspiracy”. Now days I will spread the word that the United States Air Force is a corrupt organization and they do not have the right to deem “Honor” Sincerely, Jody M. Sanchez P.S. Twelve years after an attempted Dishonorable Discharge I was hired by a Department of Defense contractor, “ITT Space Systems” to commission three satellite terminals for the Global Missile Defense Systems Project in 2004. Now then is that an Honorable thing to do?

Update notifications
I liked that I use to get s text on every transaction with a running balance. Now, phftt. You can only do alerts and it states it’s a warning alert cause you have to set it at zero. Not liking it

What happened?
Why did you change the layout of the app? I cannot maneuver through to find what I need. The new format is way to cumbersome.

Update: I lowered from 2 stars to 1 star. Before the major app overhaul I could easily click on a check deposit and see a picture of the check, I do not see that anywhere. With the new update, under card management, I can no longer control the daily limit or update with travel notices. I still don’t like how confusing and cluttered it is, and I use the app daily! Why change something so drastically that wasn’t broken before? I liked how before you can see all your accounts and loans at once, stacked on each other. It’s a bother to swipe in between them. Bring that back, and then right underneath have all the other stuff. It also takes a while to show a transfer right away, or even a checking account to show up, which is a huge NO in my book. I had to reload the page three times for things to show up. I even panicked and thought one of my accounts was emptied out and deleted. I never had that issue with the old app. I do like that the transactions are shown, you can add external account balances, and the quick buttons are all there on the “landing page”. I think most people like to see all their accounts and loans at once rather than swiping. Once those hiccups are fixed, I will update my review.
Bring back the previous one!
I’m NOT happy with this new version. The previous one was great. So much easier to get your balance and latest transactions just at a glance. Now, I have to toggle through unneeded stuff just to find my balance. 👎🏻

For me, it’s the employees. They are always willing to help, whether it’s about my math or a vendor issue. CU rocks.
Horrible
Go back to the old version of the app. This one doesn’t work half time, it’s a pain to see your balance, and it takes it two days to show transactions. Just a terrible redesign of something that worked flawlessly before. In response to what was said. I fully understand that. The old app used to show transactions and purchases in near real time and update in near real time as well, it’s been a pain balancing my accounts when transactions I’ve made in the past that would show up almost right away don’t show on my account or update my balance until 2 or 3 days later.
Easy To Use
Easy to use app, everything I need is there, haven’t experienced any problems, and when I do need to go into a branch the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful.
Terrible
Pretty terrible app, makes things very difficult. It was terrible before but now worse. Going to switch banks after this virus is over

I love my credit union. Everyone is so friendly and responsive. Please enable Zelle for business accounts and allow us to skip remote check deposit instructions after the first time.
Too many bugs
I can’t access my accounts with this app or the website. In times like these, I would like to be able to access my accounts and see the money I have in real time.

I have had many conversations online with CCU as they help me navigate my banking needs. They are always gracious, friendly, and willing to go that “extra mile” to insure my complete confidence in their services.
Credit card information
I had a lengthy conversation with a CCU rep this morning. I believe her name was Asa. My question had to do with paying the CCU credit card from the savings account at my Texas credit union. I like paying my balance in full so I don’t have any interest due.Asa walked me through it and said there was a way of linking the accounts online which I did. Her service was outstanding.
Great Credit Union
My family has used Colorado Credit Union since its inception. It has always been a place of people being helpful, friendly, and just down right kind. The services they provide are way above what other “banks” provide. I like that I deal with a credit union that knows me and my family members. Whatever questions arise I can be sure that they will do their best to resolve and answer questions in a timely fashion and friendly helpful manner. Thank you for your continued service!
