I’m seeing other Credit Unions offer using Zelle through their App, that would be great if Climb could add that feature to their app
It's OK.
The app does what it's designed to do. Very basic. See your accounts and totals and items cleared. When you are exploring the services offered, the tools available, you get kicked out after a very short amount of time, and then you have to re-log in. At least give the option to continue.
App ok, could be improved
Like the app but mobile deposit takes WAY too long being 4 days for the transfer. Mobile deposit usually gives me issues when trying to take a picture of the check. Also, I would like to be able to see my credit card information and be able to print statements, make payments, see balance, etc from the app. I like the financial tools available.

Not easy to navigate, not easy to make a loan payment or change anything. I’m out due to inactivity within seconds, while I’m actively using it

Session Expired
I don’t know if it’s just me but the app makes paying for my loan a nightmare. Every time I try to go pay the app hits me with, “Your session has expired due to inactivity.” I have to keep refreshing and closing the app until it finally gives up. I don’t know how actively scrolling and clicking counts for inactivity but it’s just an annoyance at this point. Please fix.
A “Sooper” App!
I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about the capabilities of an app for a little local credit union, but this app does everything I need it do, and does it well — remote check deposits, transferring funds between accounts, and quickly logging me in using Face ID. Very satisfied!

The only thing I wished this app had, was a way to scan a check so I wouldn’t have to scope out banks around the area. Applications are about convenience.

Logs me out everyday for no reason and the password qualifications are terrible.
I just want to pay my loan payments and very hard getting logged out nonstop and it only gives you 3 try’s to remember the difficult passwords I’m forced to use. I’m tired of setting up Face ID every day. With fraud how do they steal me face? I’m very frustrated and upset that the app fails me daily.

Information does not register
When a purchase is made, it does not update in the application. This is also true when a balance to balance transfer is made. The amount is not deducted from the account the transfer was made from but shows on the account the transfer was made too. It also does not show a balance in the register which is all frustrating. I have tried to update and delete and redownload the application hoping this would fix it but it has not.
Works like a banking app
Works as intended, but since they changed the credit card from Mastercard to Visa the credit card management, funds transfers, and statement overview is obnoxious to deal with.
