WEB PAGE NOT WORKING
Tried to get on page after discovering that I needed to check balance after hours in an effort to not be held responsible for a mistaken deposit into a possible deposit into the wrong account after the writing of and make sure the right account was credited and, if necessary , put a correction online by transferring from account to the correct account, even though I tried man times to get on website, could not make transaction due to the fact that I was not able to get on at all. Please help? Customer since the time Credit Union located in Boulder and it seems that the service has become extremely unreliable when trying to get online to make any type of transaction. Please advise!

Love this bank, always have always will best interest rates and the app gives me notice when it’s under maintained ahead of time so I know when it’s down
Used to work
Neither my son nor I have been able to log into our account the past few weeks using the mobile apps. I have latest iPhone. He has Android. Also tried signing in from my laptop. But each attempt says my login info doesn’t match. Same for him. We’ve had the account for many years and we both did not suddenly forget our logins. I guess we’ll tried going to the branch office to see if they have some helpful information.

Not too happy with this app at all. Having to log in every single time and then verify using my phone number makes transferring money very inconvenient and annoying. I used to be able to just transfer real quick with face recognition.
Great Bank
I’ve banked with Logix for over 20 years. In that I’ve complex banking issues. Logix has always done the hard works to solve those issues.
Most forgetful app ever
Gotta be the worst mobile app ever. It forgets who I am at least once a week. Always have to re set the snap shot settings like it just forgets my settings or something. Really not liking it
Changes did NOT make things easier
I am really struggling with the new set up of the app. I have a personal account and a joint account and I LOVED the way my two accounts were separated from each other. Now I can’t find what I am looking for since both are now mashed together. I feel like I have to do more steps just to transfer money from one account to another. I also feel lost and overwhelmed by this new set up. The changes did not make things easier, in fact, it’s made it so frustrating that I don’t want to even get on the app anymore.
Not totally intuitive
I tried using the app but went back to using the website for my banking needs. The Dashboard on the website is much better and I have to search for the log off button.
Exceptional Service
Ian was very attentive and professional. I fell coming in to the bank and Ian genuinely cared and asked how he could help me. He even offered to walk me to my car.
Annoying
The app seems to crash every couple months and makes me create a new password every time. Getting very sick of this.
Not able to log in
I can’t get in and I’ve been trying for about a week now so please probably update the app or fix whatever is going on
Wish it showed pending transactions
Please make it so you can view pending transactions. Now it’s just a difference between the balance and available balance but you can’t see what the pending transactions are.

Bring back landscape mode
Some users use this app on a tablet. Landscape mode is preferred over portrait mode for those users.
Not impressed.
I can’t do transfers from my other bank. I can’t see transfers I made. I can’t see statements. This site needs to be updated! I have to go to the main site to find out those things. Frustrating!
P2P doesn’t work
The app works fine but I also can’t get past the user agreement to actually use P2P, which is the main reason I got the app.

They have always treated me well I’ve been a customer for many years. Never had any problems with anything. They’ve always taken care of issues right away.
What happened to landscape mode
With the new release landscape no longer works. I’ll no longer be using this app.

Great app. Only complaint is that I cannot put money into my Roth through the app or online. It has to be done via a phone call or in person meeting which is super annoying
Hello 1998!
This is not like fine wine, it gets worse with age. Each major update provides new problems but doesn’t fix the old. It’s such a mess now. With multiple accounts you’re just scrolling to look for the correct one. It’d be nice to have a drop down to select the account I want to look at and this option could include “all” for those that does enjoy this view. To transfer it takes about three additional steps. The layout looks like it was setup in the 90’s. It isn’t user friendly. For loan payments I used to be able to click directly on the loan and a payment button was right there, my life was easy however, it’s a challenge now as that too is also taken away. Have to transfer and once I click I want to transfer I once again have to click I want to transfer because it takes you to a history screen. Let the history screen be an option and just take me to my transfer in one click please.
P2P doesn’t work
This app works well in general. I can see my accounts, transfer between them, and do mobile deposit. But when I need to pay someone else, I can’t get passed the user agreement. I click continue, and it never gets passed that page. Still asks me to agree. I did agree. My friends/ colleagues are able to use another banking app and can send receive money betweeen banks fairly quickly no problem. PMCU isn’t part of that app. Please fix your company app, or tell me what third party app you will support.

Tried to open the app and it crashed multiple times. Thanks for nothing.
Needs an update
This app doesn’t allow a memo field in Bill Pay the way that the regular website does. With more people paying bill this way, invoices are coming with an invoice number that needs to be put on the check explicitly citing online banking services. Please fix this.
Five stars, BUT
It wish larger checks could be deposited via the mobile app.
Complete garbage
Complete garbage. The update broke everything. Take a fully functional app, break everything. Deposits never work anymore. That is the one functionality I need during Covid. I don't want to have to go into the bank.

New App is Bad
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. The new app is terrible. Too many unnecessary settings available and every widget has a picture of this ugly guy I can’t seem to get rid of
