The app NEVER WORKS
The app is useless. And only one 24/7 atm in Durango. AND they charge you $10 to replace your card, $30 overdraft fees…. I’m over it.

No longer able to sign in
I have no issues on the web, but I’m getting an error every time in the app saying my information can’t be verified. Web prompts for an emailed code but app doesn’t.
App is fine bank is horrible
I have used this bank for over 25 years. The last two year, the bank has become the worst I have ever dealt with. They will send payment payment requests even though there is way more money in the account than needed to cover the charge. They will lie to you over and over. They just do not care about their customers.
Hometown Feel
They have always worked with me and do all that they can to keep my hard earned money safe. Won’t bank with anyone else.
Never Opens the First Time
The app consistently fails to log in on the first attempt, so it's been a hassle since using it to begin with, even after each update. However, after today's update, I can't log in at all. In response to other users who wondered if the issue is with their device–no, it's indeed the app.

Most features work very slowly or not at all. Frustrating to use the app. Can’t transfer $ easily and can’t sign in half the time. Lots of error codes

The app is horrendous
The app is down more often than it’s working correctly. Constantly down at night, and frequently during the day, which is not convenient if you keep your card locked for security. I mean, I guess it’s good if you never want to unlock it again. Sorry to say that it kinda reflects the service you get at some of the branches too.
Have to reload all the time
I don’t know if it the app or my iPhone but I am constantly reloading the app after two to three uses. I am so tired of it please fix.

Very Helpful
Makes going to the bank almost completely unnecessary. Can do everything I need from the device, love that I can deposit checks directly into accounts. Any issues I have had over the years have always been fixed quickly
This app does not work
The app is terrible, constantly not allowing me to log into my bank due to “unable to verify” error. I’ve been patient as I have been a customer for 10 years but I cannot do it anymore unfortunately. I am leaving the bank because the app is so terrible. The people at my local bank are amazing, it is so sad that I have to leave because the crucial issues of the app just seem to get worse.
Bad app
Had this app for a few years and have problems with it at least once a week. Today it would not let me get into it all. Had to delete it and reinstall it This happens At least once a month. Doesn’t like my photo either. The app is pretty bad

It’s an ok app. Needs a lot of work. When I want to use it it never works. Don’t let the app fool you though. As a bank these guys are top shelf and this review or rating has nothing to do with the actual bank. I will never bank anywhere else. This app is just not where it needs to be

I’ve had this app for years now and it’s always been awful. Crashes/kicks you off constantly, says error majority of the time when you try logging in, and doesn’t load often.
Bill Pay
The bill pay option on the IPad is inoperable. When bill pay is opened, it continues to spin indicating it is processing and you cannot exit to any other option.

This bank continues to make me hate any experience I have with it. I do not know how many time the app does not work properly. As of today we are switching banks and moving to another.

If you miss online the way online banking felt on your iPhone 4, this app is for you! In fact, Pinnacle Bank carries that retro experience throughout all of it services. If you miss having to reset your password every second or third time you login, look no further than this app! If you miss vague errors and support numbers that only work during business hours, you'll be in heaven using Pinnacle bank/Bank of Colorado's online services! If you use services like Xero.com or Yodlee for aggregating and synchronizing your accounts for your business, but you feel that the information is too current, Pinnacle Bank/Bank of Colorado have the solution. Virtually every time you login to reconcile your books, you will discover that you need to reset the security token which will involve resetting your password at least once. The best part is the process of resetting your password off and triggers the banks top-notch cyber security protocols and it will lock you out of the account until it decides to start working again. When you call Tech support, you will either get an answering machine or get a human who will act like they are doing you a great service I politely helping you get back into the that the machine locked you out of for no reason at all. The most accurate review I can get for this app is that it works as well as the bank itself. In 2023, I look forward to moving my business banking to a smaller that offers a better app, a smooth online experience, and allows me the insurance that my money in the account are safe 24 hours a day. Any business that wants to compete with online-only competitors needs to wake up and realize that individualized service is the only commodity that online businesses can't compete with.

Password problems
Unfortunately, this application requires you to re-enter your password (and username) with great frequency, even when biometrics are allowed.
A bit amateurish
No great user interface here. Need to download second app and constantly get Visa credit card prompts which opens to a third party. Seems like a vulnerability to me.

B of C is the best bank I have ever used…friendly and very people oriented! The best!!!
Probably the worst banking app I’ve ever used.
Turns off Face ID verification for no reason. Not a terrible user-friendly experience. I wouldn’t call this app helpful. I wouldn’t call the staff helpful either. All of my issues with this app started about 6 months ago; I’m not sure what happened, but I have become so fed up work this app that I’ve cancelled the account that I’ve had for nearly a decade.
Down often
I love this bank I’ve banked there for forever, but the app is always down!!! It’s so frustrating this app doesn’t work half the time

Awful
App is stating I have a rooted or jailbroken phone when I do not. My carrier has investigated the issue, reset my phone, and my iOS system is in tact. Nothing has been changed or altered on my phone. I have had constant issues with the app since the last update. The app is frustrating and I’m about to give up banking with BOC because of it.

Terrible & difficult app
The app is always down and won’t ever work when I need it. I have been with bank of Colorado for over five years and will be closing my account soon. Maybe invest in a bank that actually wants to help their customer.
