As a senior Alpine Bank App is easy & user friendly for all my banking needs
As an older senior, I’m always amazed at how easy Alpine Bank makes my everyday needs, from depositing checks to withdrawals for large purchases and especially talking with a live person in the phone. I love Apine Bank!

The new version won’t download on my phone and I can’t access my banking.

Everytime you do this, I can't use the app for a while since no matter what I do, every time I open the app again get the same "You have to update" message and I can't do what I wanted to do at Alpine Bank.
iPad
Would be a five star but I’m not able to use my iPad to even access my accounts. I was instructed to purchase new tablet or laptop. Surely there must be a solution for this. What say you?

love the bank and service. in todays world you need to institute two step authentication to the mobile service/app.

Amazing App! Amazing Bank!
Alpine Bank’s mobile app is easy to use, convenient, and makes everyday banking simple. I appreciate being able to quickly check balances, review transactions, transfer funds, deposit checks, and manage my accounts from anywhere. The app is straightforward to navigate and provides the tools I need without feeling complicated. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient way to stay on top of my banking.

My debit card was compromised for what is at least the 5th time, ready to switch banks after 22 years

This app is great, usually. In the last few months, it has more and more problems updating account balances. Please fix!

Where is Zelle for business accounts for online banking? It would make transfers so much easier.
Service
We opened our accounts (checking, savings & loans) in 1996. We have moved in state, to a different state, 2 foreign countries, back to a different state and have never received less than 5 STAR SERVICE, through online & telephone access.
No support for iPhoneX
I can no longer use the remote deposit function because the required update doesn’t work on an iPhoneX. This is the fault of the programmers, as US Bank still supports my phone.

I really need the Business and bill pay functions thru the app. Neither Safari or Chrome allow the netteller function in the mobile browser.

New iOS not supported
Please update the app to work with Apple iOS 26.1. The last transactions showing in my account are as of December 3rd which is not correct as it’s 13 days behind.
The best bank
I have been banking with alpine bank for over 5 year after switching from two larger banks. I can say without a doubt, Alpine has provided the best service Imaginable. The customer service and care is second to none. When I walk into the Dillon center I am greeted with nothing but smiling faces and known by name. That is how banking should be done. Andrew is a stellar person and always available to help his customers and his team. I never see a situation where I switch banks again. Knowing the tellers and management have my family’s best interests in mind is priceless!
