Everyone is friendly and competent. The app is great and I love having CU access across the USA.
Can’t pay credit card
The new system for the credit cards does not work. I cannot pay my bill and there are no operators available to assist.
Wish there was a way
I wish there was a why on the app when my phone gets turn off just in case
Works great + sad update
I have had no serious issues with this app and would highly recommend this CU and their app. P.S ♥️the holiday and Christmas savings feature. Update: If you don’t use your debit card every 6 months, they’ll deactivate it. You have to call every 6 months to keep it active, despite the expiration date printed on it. I went to use & couldn’t get the $ then😟 One more thing to do😞

This app is very user friendly.
Have to change password every time I log in.
Got everything set up to make my loan payment every month. Every month, app doesn’t recognize my password. Request password. However, when I go to login, the two factor authentication requires that I get a pin. Get the “no operators available”. Have to request the pin several times before it goes through. Three months of this. My fourth month, I have to call in to get a temporary password. Several times, no response when I try to get the PIN code. I get either. Nothing or “no operators available” message. I can’t imagine the headache people who have full banking services with FFCU, because this app is absolutely worthless. I’m deleting the thing and will be making payments in person. I didn’t need to track my loan anyways, I guess.
Needs dark mode
The UI is very user friendly. Dark mode would also be a nice feature.
Difficult to navigate
Very difficult app to navigate, some features don’t even work. I have to access their website because app never work properly.
The App
It be so wonderful if the app was updated so that we could make payments right on the app instead of the third party website. This is my hardest account to make payments on and it shouldn’t be that hard. Otherwise it’s great. Oh, it would also be wonderful if we could view transactions on the app. It is impossible to track account activity as it is.

Operators not A ailable
Operators not available so cannot log into my mobile app or on a laptop. Cannot view my transactions. Debit Card was lost and needed to freeze my card. After 2 days I finally was able to call customer service which took nearly 20-30min however accomplished the use of the lost debit card.
The overdrafts are questionable
I like first financial, but they’re hard to get a hold of. I live in Milan. The ATM often doesn’t do one function or another. There’s very few places to get cash back. There’s conflicting information about certain things. I mean I’ve had overdraft when I wasn’t overdrawn. You got stuff pending, and on hold and I don’t know it’s kind of confusing at times I’ve to be honest. I’ve never really had this many issues with a bank, but I’m from another state so all in all they’re decent. When I ask a question, I like to get an answer and if the customer service agent can’t answer it, they need to find somebody that can
No more use of passcode for IPhones
Since this new update, it took away logging into the app using your passcode which was much more easier/ convenient and now you have to input your password every time. This is mainly for IPhone IOS. Please include this back in the next update .

The system for transferring money with Zelle feels very clunky, and the bank has a lot of limitations on how much can be sent.

Won’t let me deposit..
Well I just got my check and wanted to up load it to my account but when I got ready to take a pic it said “full screen is required” I’m not holding my phone too close or too far away for it to not work. I don’t know why the problem is. I hate this new update!
