I’m never able to UNLOCK my card when I need it then when I call customer service they don’t help
Mostly love
I do wish you guys would send notifications when transactions are made. Withdraw and deposits. Would help with monitoring accounts without having to make time to log in daily. Other than that it’s friendly and easy to use.
Hating this app
The verifying to log in EVERY time is super annoying and completely unnecessary. And seriously how long does it take to add an external account??! It’s 2024- this should be INSTANT. Ridiculously slow.

Service at the branch is always there to truly help. It’s quiet and you are always greeted, tellers are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure your visit is memorable!
Not good
App is not as good as the old app. Transferring between accounts is not user friendly and very inconvenient even though the accounts have been added in the settings menu.

Online statement is kinda hard to understand.
New App Is Awful
Not sure why its so hard to see my loans’ payment dates on my main page/dashboard. You have to do some extra navigating to find it and see if you are current. Also, filtering transactions has gotten more difficult. Everything in this new app requires more steps to take to do what you want. Seems to be the norm nowadays. I consider myself tech saavy, and this has taken a few steps back from being user-friendly.
My thoughts on the app
App works great except for the loan transfers. When I try to pay more than what is owed it no longer lets me do that. I wish the credit union would have kept that feature. I loved it. Other than that everything works great. Saves the trips of having to go to the bank so often. Overall it’s not bad.

Fast efficient. Easy to use helps me to figure out my financial needs.

Update is buggy
Not a fan of the update and how clutered everything is. Just spent the last half hour on the phone with member services having them fix my account to display my account details correctly. Prefer the simplicity of the older interface as it just showed my accounts and balances, transferring money was also more simplied.

As I can’t find anywhere to write a review on the bank. I will do it here. Can you please ask your tellers to slow down their speech? There is no way to understand what they are saying to you.

constantly logging me out for no reason. even deleted my username auto fill. face id is useless cause the login page keeps resetting. is it that hard to fix

Best bank ever I had.
Not user friendly
This app is poorly designed. It’s hard to navigate. I’ve tried to set up auto pay twice, once with the help of a representative. Money was not collected on the date entered, and my bill was late. This app is very inconsistent and untrustworthy.

Awesome app!! I can find out my balance and freeze my card instantly. Really convenient for people on the go!
Can’t even use it
I can sign in online just fine but the app tells me invalid login or password every time even tho I’m very careful to put my exact information. I know it’s right because I sign in online with the same info. Plus if I accidentally hit the wrong key I press backspace the whole thing is erased. Also allowing a show function would be nice so I can see what I typed. To see if I did anything wrong

Too much hassle to make a payment
I have had the hardest time to make a payment for my mom, since my mom who is elder has a hard time and I see why, I have to get the code everytime for one payment , they won’t accept my payment over the phone and if they accept hers it’s a $15 payment. If you ask me a bank is more friendly than a Credit Union now a days. To accept a payment won’t cause fraud to anyone unless the person requests info so please take a good look at your ridiculous “make a payment steps”
Quality Navigation
This app is truly user friendly and has efficient navigation and security features. However, sometimes the Eagle remote capture doesn’t work. Other than that it’s a wonderful app.
