Love it
I think it’s easy to get into convenience and track all transactions and documents. Everything which makes it easier to keep track.
Deposit holds!
This process really stinks. I get the same 2 deposits every month, yet your bank makes me wait 5 days to use my money!!!
Good but created issues
The new app is just fine and works good. However, the switch from our previous online account set up to this removed a payment set up that I had where I paid my brothers car payment with Kirtland on mine just by transferring money from one account to another. Now I have to call every month in order to do this and it is a real pain as I do all my banking and billing online. This is a real sore spot for me. Why they can’t just put things back the way they were, I really don’t understand.
Bill Pay
I like the old bill pay after I pay my bill and I go to schedule it doesn't total up anymore. I am still trying to get use to this new upgrade.

I love the new app! Easy access once you set it up. Best part is it shows you upcoming transactions and when they are going to be posted.
Recent upgrade?
In order to modernize the app an extensive new version destroyed its functionality. The ways in which the new app are inferior to previous versions are too numerous to list. It looks pretty but…oh well. See for yourself.

Log out process
I do t like the logout process . It’s clunky. It’s not obvious. That’s my biggest dislike so far. Thank you.
Love this Bank
I can’t tell you how many times KFCU Has helped me out. When I couldn’t make a deposit they took care of that transaction. The credit union always has the best associates who’ll take care of anything you may need in banking.
Terrible update
Banking apps don’t need to be fancy at the cost of usability. Had to check my account and they logged me out due to the new update. Changed my password without my consent! Took me 20 minutes just to check my balance. Also absurd password requirements that do not by any means meet industry standards. It feels like they let a teenager who’s never banked before design their new terrible app.
Doesn’t work
Not sure what they updated on this app but it no longer works. Every time I log in it freezes. I tried going to the website to login and it just keeps looping back to the app that doesn’t work. Ridiculous.
Can’t open the mail app
I am trying to open the móvil app and it appears to be frozen please help

Mobile Check Deposit
Is mobile check deposit ever going to work? Living out of state so I can't even physically deposit a check anymore. Have to mobile deposit to my secondary bank junk to get the funds in my main account
Love this app, but now I need an updated widget!
I love this app. It’s so convenient and helpful, especially using the widget! But I just updated my IOS and now the widget no longer exists. 😭 We need an updated one to go with the new IOS, please and thank you! 🙏🏻

I love the way this app is set up. Easy to use and transfer money. The app is ‘down’ quite often and that is slightly frustrating.

I love this app.
Way better then any banking app I have ever used before. Way to go kirtland you actually made your banking app excellent. Some bank apps half job it, but this app makes all my banking needs very easy. I love Kirtland. I love the quick balance widget, and the app works really well too!
Check deposit
Has always been wonky but now it’s completely broken. Tells me to rotate device to take picture and literally nothing happens. You can’t even go back or get out of app. You have to force quit. Useless app now honestly. The only purpose of mobile banking apps to most ppl is check depositing
Works smoothly
The app does what it needs to: easy access to balances, quick transfers, and depositing checks. Having Touch ID is also a huge plus.

The mobile deposit has been broken for weeks now.
Works after updates
It had taken a year to get the app updated to work with iPad and IOS 8+. Nice app now.
Unable to make credit card payment
This app does not allow me to make credit card payments.
Sad
Have to be approved to deposit a check by phone. They kirtland would rather have you bounce a check. I was sick with Covid, and was not allowed to deposit a check by phone. They are obviously more interested in the making money than helping.

Terrible
For several years now, KFCU has decided it's not important to view the transactions via the app for credit cards. Additionally, they will not allow to pay credit card balances via the app. They require payments to be made via the internet "full site", which no longer is enabled on the mobile platforms.
User..
Face recognition would be helpful or the ability to turn the password off. I lock my phone so why would I need a password? Logic... Make it simpler for people.
Outdated technology
I can’t see my credit card transactions on the app and I only use my credit card. When I make transfers between accounts there’s like a 4 day lag, so I never know if I owe money on my credit card still or if the payment is just lagging. I switched credit card companies because this app is so bad, and only use this bank for my checking account now.
