Great app
Great banking app
Worst update
After this latest update, the app won’t open. Just endlessly stays on a blue screen with the R logo. Last several updates have been progressively worse and worse. May just end up having to switch banks if I can’t access the app.

Lack of access
More often than not when I try to login I get a “application error: we are unable to display your information at this time” this should not happen on a daily basis but it does for me. Overall use once I’m in is great but 60% of the time I cannot access my own accounts through the APP.
Recent update: lost my widget 10/25/24 iPhone user.
I have almost always enjoyed the app but this most recent iphone update has unfortunately removed me from checking my balance through the widget section of my phone where I would be able to check my balances without even opening the app. It was my favorite and most used aspect of the app & it made life a lot easier. Please reinstate this if possible. Otherwise a great app & I have enjoyed using it.

I really enjoy being able to look at my online banking daily. Being able to deposit checks and transfer funds is fabulous. Thank you
Cannot deposit checks
99% of the reason for having this app is so that I can use mobile check deposit. For the past year or so, that feature doesn’t work. It will simply never accept the picture of the front of the check. So annoying.
Reliant App
I love everything about the app except for the fact that when I am connected with other accounts for transfers, I cannot give them a name. So I have to memorize what number account belongs to which person. Otherwise everything is quick and efficient!

I still haven’t received my tax forms which were supposed to have been mailed at the beginning of the month. I’m getting monthly emails saying that my Estatement is available but I cannot access Estatements; all I get is a Communication Error message. I keep seeing a message me that it doesn’t recognize my phone but the username and password are stored, and I can access my accounts through Google. So I thought, “Okay, I will get the app.” The app needs to verify my phone. Fine, no problem. But the TEXT ME option doesn’t work and I do NOT want a phone call at 4:00 am. In person, Reliant is wonderful. But accessing the information about my account is proving very difficult.
Mobile deposit is horrible
I find it ridiculous that I have to add so much information to the back of the check just to deposit via mobile. I’m a member of other credit unions. All I have to do for their mobile deposit platform is sign the back of the check, take pictures of the check, and I’m good to go. Time to stop micro managing your members Reliant.

What happened to the widget? Was the best part of the app. One star.
On the right track
It's great that I can be living in another state and now be able to deposit checks without having to go to a shared service center, but there are still some minor glitches that need to be worked out in order for this app to run effectively. I keep getting booted out and it took about 15 tries to get my check deposited but I finally got it to work. It's a great start, thanks for creating this useful tool!
Check Deposit is Maddening
I have had a Reliant (and before that, WCTA) account for 20 years. Though I now live in SC, I have wanted to keep my reliant account and I thought this app would be so helpful. It’s great for checking balances but the check deposit feature is horrendous. The app decides what to keep in the photo and it has taken me upwards of an hour on different occasions to try to deposit a check. So not worth it. And then the check is endorsed with “mobile deposit” to a bank no where near here if I try to take it to a shared branch.

Crashes when clicking bill pay
This app is usually really good and we enjoy it. However this last update breaks bill pay which we use very often. Whenever I click on bill pay it just crashes.
Great credit union not good app deposit
I have been with reliant as long as I can remember but their check deposit on the app is the worst I have ever seen. I have tried it so many times and it never works. I had a friend say it was hard so they won’t ever do it. It’s not hard just reliant needs to update the way the app reads and deposits checks. 5 star company 2 star app

Easy use
It’s super quick and easy access to your account. Locking card in case you misplaced it is always a life saver and get in contact with help desk has never been better.

Won’t do mobile deposit now
Not sure what happened but I’ve been unable to do any mobile deposits since the wk end. Hope this gets fixed soon. Other than that love the app
