LHV Banking
Overall the Five Star mobile banking app meets the majority of my banking needs. I would like to see more creative idea brought into the mobile banking. In other words push the envelop and technology to new limits.
Not a fan
Not user friendly. Doesn’t display loan information in a way that is pleasing to the eye. I’ve had the opportunity to have apps for multiple financial institutions for various reasons and this is the worst app I’ve used. Looking to refinance just to have an app & financial institution that is more user friendly.
No Zelle
Zelle free standing app no longer and one of the only banks that doesn’t offer Zelle

Needs a lot of improvement. Not customer friendly at all. passwords never save, so be sure to actually remember it.
Wish I can pay my loan on the app
Great company great customer service. I just wish I can pay my auto loan on the app. I have more than 2 jobs it’s hard to remember to mail the payment in the mail and worry if it get lost or whatever.

I can do everything I need to without going to the bank. Even order a new card.

I wish there were more options for electronically paying which cuts down the amount of time it takes for a bill to be paid.

So easy to use. I’m not tech savvy at 66 years old and this app is so easy to use and simply understandable. Thankyou Five Star for making my life easier.

Easy to use
I really like this app, it is easy to use and to switch accounts. And it is good about updates. Statements are easy to get also.
Outdated
This app is outdated. It has a horrible UI and is missing a lot of features that most baking apps have.

This has made my life so easy. I can bank from anywhere. Just love it! Easy to use.
Need a UX Designer ASAP
I use this app to pay my car note and every month I have to figure out how to do the same thing over again. Confusing navigation. Nothing is intuitive.

Poor design
Not user friendly at all. I’ve used many different banking apps throughout the years and this one is by far the worst. Terrible to navigate and has double drawn my account twice now. I do not have words to express how poor this app is.

Bad app, terrible bank.
This bank does everything the hard way or outdated to milk customers any way they can. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with, first time I’ve left a bad review on anything in my life so yes, it’s that bad. Do not trust this bank, and their app is trash too.
