Easy to use
For keeping track of account balances, transferring money between accounts, and bill pay, the ESL app is very easy to use. it is one of my favorite mobile banking apps.
App sucks
App sucks have to do everything on the website not sure what the point of this is. You call the tell you to go to the website because their app isn’t good.

Debe de mejorar las transacciones porque se quedan dipendi y te lo cobran 2 veces debe de mejorar la forma de cómo transfer el dinero más rápido y está aquí porque no lo quiero insulta
Money transfer
I just don’t like the fact that the money is on the account and it doesn’t get taken out unless you do it manually. It’s just sit there and then I get a late fee.
Needs option
I wish you’d show pending transactions as far as income into my account. Generations used to provide that & it’s the one thing I miss.

ESL has been great for many many years for our loans as well as our everyday banking. The app is readily available whenever I’m traveling or at work and therefore a laptop is not needed.
Stop with the surveys!
I hate having this stupid survey pop up and if you don’t fill it out, it’s there again when you log in, until you finally give a rating 🤬

It’s getting annoying that every time I open the ESL app now it’s asking me to give a review of the app. Otherwise I have no problem with the app.
