Bank Elsewhere
Community Bank as an entity is terrible. Customer service is typically unhelpful. Support for anything, including fraud, is virtually non-existent outside M-F business hours. Functional app for a horrible bank.
Normally good buuttt
Normally a great app, recently it says it needs update to be used, they have put out updates BUT still can’t use, dunno if it’s some peeing match between Apple and the bank, Android users says no issue but as an Apple user, having an increased issue with reliability if this app.
Real time balances
I would like to know my actual balance, even with pending payments or deposits.

Only positive experience. Use for business and personal both online and in person best customer service. Only bank our family uses. Can't say enough great things.
Worthless App
Been trying to get to my account! Can not even get close without it freezing🤬😡
Recent update
The app just updated recently and since then I can’t get any balance info or direct deposit. The info isn’t loading at all for the past several days
Pending Issues
It’s dumb when it says it takes the money out and it’s pending and then the money isn’t taken out. It’s almost made me overdraft a few times. You guys shouldn’t take it out or at least not say it taken out until it is. Multiple times now I’ve had 401 day than the next day it’s up to 600 and then two days later back down to 100. Really confusing, if I didn’t keep track of it myself I’d have overdrawn quite a few times
It’s good- when it works- could be better.
Just what title says. App will be down forever at times and it runs super slow others. I wish you could do more with it. I still tend to use PayPal or Venmo. I also wish you could get a new card ordered through the app and handle fraud things.

Can’t upgrade so can’t use App
I’ve deleted and reinstalled with no success when reinstalling the “update”. As a result, I cannot use the App. Disappointed with the change.

This is getting really disappointing. I can’t use the app and check my accounts because now the app wants an update and I cannot update my phone, this is BS.
I had to write a review because the rating window blocked my ability to do anything else until I did

Site is always making me change my password and is the hardest site I have ever had to gain access too.
Running balance & card lock
I this app I just wish there was a running balance with each transaction. I also wish I could lock my card vs canceling it. Giving me a chance to find it without fear of it being used.
Makes everything easy
Have a mortgage and car loan through community along with my checking account. And the App makes it super simple to keep track any payments or scheduling payments on my loans so I don’t have to worry about paying on time
Slow app
App is so slow! Transfers take way too long, often resulting in other auto pays coming out of my acct and not leaving enough for the community bank transfers. App is awful. As soon as my loan is paid, I will be leaving community bank

Won’t let me use the app
Tells me that I can’t use the app and I need to update it. I have tried everything from deleting the app redownloading and also turning phone on and off and still it doesn’t work. Super annoying ready to switch banks
Simplicity
The app is so easy to use. I have all of my community accounts in one place. I can transfer among accounts. I have bill pay option and can monitor my credit score and budget all in one app. There is also great response through the chat.
What is wrong with your bank?
Used to be you could transfer money and understand what you were doing now you’ve updated it and I’m so confused. I have no idea what’s going on. Can’t you possibly leave things alone? It’s so confusing to try to figure out how to move my money from one account to another. Possibly I could look for another bank. And what you did to the Wellsville office was terrible. They had all those nice teller stations there and you had some up to do business with your teller there’s no privacy there now somebody could walk right in and walk right up to the drive-in window from behind. Don’t you think about your staff at all obviously not if you did they would have still had that nice taller line like you used to have. I can live anywhere in the nation. I want to live, but I choose to live in the country.

Too many useless updates
Once again, I’m locked out of the app when I need it the most mandatory update won’t update just wants me to open the app when it opens. It tells me I have to update it, but it’s already updated. Tells me to open the app the Apple work because it’s not updated.
