Mobile deposit app
Has not worked for me in 2 months!!!! I’ll take photo of front/ back of the check and it says success then I go to submit deposit and it will not accept it.
Can’t see business accounts
The older app let me see all of my account, business and personal. This app doesn’t and it’s a major pain for people who need that on a daily basis. I have to go through the internet to get to my accounts. It’s frustrating enough that it has me researching other banks to possibly change to.
Love the Bank hate the new app
Your new app is absolute garbage. When I’m on the transfer screen I get crashed so many times. The app gets to where it won’t scroll to let me finish the transfer I have to start over, sometimes over and over again. I mean it’s bad, never had this experience on the old app, old app worked smooth like butter..

Fix your app before I leave the bank because of it
Fix the app, I’m so sick of trying to make a transfer and it won’t transfer and I have to reset the app 3 or 4 times to get it to work
Doesn’t work when needed
I’ve had two times tried to use with businesses and I’m not able to use it to pay for services once rendered. This causes conflict. I don’t even see the app available now on my bank site. It takes me to a blank page.

Not A Fan
This app never works good and ALWAYS causes problems. I have NEVER had more problems getting into an app other than this app. I really think it should not be this hard but that might just be my opinion. I also find it very funny how my review will not post and the fact I have seen only two or three five star reviews, which is crazy considering all of the other reviews are one star and some are three star and when I say some just some are three star reviews embarrassing. I think that means this app is giving itself the four/five star reviews. I wish this app would get better for the customers or eventually everyone is going to switch branches because they will be tired of this app and bank. I truly think in twenty twenty six an app should not be messing up this much it is ridiculous and as a company y’all should be embarrassed. I also just went and looked through reviews again and it seems like overall the app should be rated a two at most not a four an a half because the bad reviews over way the good reviews by a lot.
Not IPAD friendly
I have found that if you wait about a minute, the app will unfreeze and allow you to login when using an iPad. Very frustrating that the developers never figured it out and informed users of the issue. Great bank with very friendly employees.

You cant edit or delete alerts from the old app
App freezes
May have to sign in several times to make one transaction because the app freezes up nearly every time I open it. That means close it out. Sign in again. Click to the proper menu. I wonder if other banks apps act this way?
Deposit not working
I have been trying to deposit my check all day and it’s still not working and nobody I talked to solve the problem
Good Bank, Horrible App
I’m being patient hoping this app will get better but my patience is running thin. I’m not one to usually complain, but it’s 2024. No company should be having basic app issues at this stage in global technology. I work two jobs and depend on this app like many. It’s always slow, freezes, and I usually have to log in and out three or more times just to make a simple Mobile deposit. Then, I have to pray the deposit goes through which is always a 50/50 chance. I’m not trying to complain but at least want the developer/bank to have honest feedback. I’m considering switching banks if it doesn’t improve.
Choose a different bank.
The worst app I have ever dealt with in my life. I’d rather fight a pack of hyenas naked and unarmed than to use this app.

App is very slow takes a while to load when you click anything would love for it to be fixed
continuous issues
new update constantly kicks out my username and password, locking me out of my account. I know i am using the right password. please fix this app. access to fund visibility via phone is a priority. making me want to switch banks altogether.
Rethinking my banking
I have my money in a couple of banks but Community Bank is my favorite for many reasons however the app is making me rethink if I should pull my money out. The app serves my needs in so many ways but it’s always down or glitching.
Pretty bad
They should really invest in a much better app. From poor mobile deposit, to being slow and very basic, I just don’t understand how this app could be this bad.
Digital Checking?? I wish…
I’m unable to make a mobile deposit after the last update. What is the point in digital checking, if you can’t even use mobile deposit? A great inconvenience right here at the holidays. In the busiest time of the year, one must stop what they’re doing and drive 20+ miles one way to deposit a check. Kind of ridiculous when they signed up for “digital checking”. This issue needs to be fixed!
Terrible app
This app constantly freezes. The only way to exit is turn my phone off and on again. Then I have to log back in. But it might freeze again. If that’s not the problem then it sends message “system error try again “. Trying again doesn’t get me logged in either. It is so frustrating when I’m trying to get my bills taken care of. Surely Community Bank can find some better IT guys then what they have now.
It’s so slowwwwww
So, I LOVE Community Bank. They do a great job protecting my money. I love how many branches they’re putting up and how easy it is to swing by. However. This APP!!! It’s so frustrating. It is slow to log in and that’s is if it even lets me log in at all. There are times when I need into my account and absolutely cannot get into it bc of this lagging app. It’s awful, I just told my wife that we are going to change banks next week because of how bad the app is. It makes me sad, bc I love the bank. They need to figure it out before the mass exodus occurs.
