The new app is terrible. The bank should’ve stayed with the previous version.

Love the App but the letters are to light. Font is a little small but I can probably correct that.
Dark Mode Where Are you
Those who use phones find that most mobile apps don’t take those who eyes find dark mode better for the eyes until that come my rating will me low
Fix
Lots of issues with mobile deposits. Doesn’t inform if pictures of checks are acceptable or not right away. Instead we have to wait for the “deposit declined” email. Waste time having to retry again and again. See how Bank of America does it. That is pretty streamlined. Also issues with viewing check deposits online.
Fantastic app
This app is smooth, easier to use, and has a lot of features that my old bank doesn’t have. I can even budget and save!!! I’ll be here for a long time!
Banks are a scam
How the heck you gunna charge someone $35 for each overdraft that you didn’t even cover for me? And I was told that I can’t cancel my bank account because if anything tried to draft out they would charge me $35 dollars each time and I will owe them for each one that attempts to come out even though they don’t cover it. That is what you call a scam. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone at all ever.

Worst banking app
This banking app is horrible. Always wanting to you to refresh. Passwords constantly logging you out in time now. Can you call for customer service if you speak Kansas she always has an attitude and does not try to help you. She tries to send to the app which then again tells you to contact them then she acts like she’s inconvenience to reset you
Transfer money
It’s a good app, but sometimes when you try to transfer money to other accounts, the screen doesn’t reload and I have to log off login. Wait a few minutes and then go to transfer button. That’s the only complaint I have.
