Transaction logs
What’s happening in this is the same as the other app. The transactions are all over the place. The transaction I made a week ago is now showing as one I made last week. I can’t even tell what things I’ve spent on because it’s all over the place and transactions are just overly scattered. Please fix these logs and order them accordingly because it’s the same problem as the past application.
Optional “available balance”?
Our previous app had an option to “hide” our available balance, so that we could only see what our spendable balance was. For example, I have $2000 in my account, but only want to spend $1k, that was what my available balance would show. This was very helpful, as I often would use it to keep an allotted amount of money in my checking account, and would only spend within my spendable balance. Could this be an implementation you guys work on?
Issues
Y’all are making a lot of changes to our banking experience. And we can’t talk to a real person without going through a whole lot of trouble, to explain the issues. Better improve before long…. We been doing business with the original bank for 25 years. You need to listen to your customers…

I don’t like the new app at all. Love Guaranty except it’s not Guaranty anymore.

Instructions are not clear for commercial deposits. Additionally, it has taken a long time to let customers know that they have to get new approval for mobile deposits.

All of a sudden, after you change the bank over all of my problems started I have never caught up from my bank ATM cards being replaced with some other numbers for that week. It was dead. I’ve never caught up. I’m totally stressed. Nobody ever paid for my overdraft fees, and I had a lot of of them. Now forward a few months I can’t even get into my app. I have an iOS iPhone all of a sudden I can’t even get into my app. This is ridiculous. I need like to be refunded all of my overdraft fees from the initial week half of the change.

Loving the new app! Once I realized I had to set up online banking again first, it was easy! The look and feel is intuitive and displayed nicely!

glacier has ruined GBB
Since the acquisition, Guaranty Bond Bank has gone south and fast. The online banking is garbage and they now charge ATM fees whereas the original GBB didn’t. After being with Guaranty bond bank for the past 15+ years, I am extremely disappointed in what they have reduced to and I’m in the process of looking into changing institutions.
Bad App
I have been banking with them since I was in high school 2001 and I can’t log into the app. Always an error when I go to log into. This is the worse. If I was closer to a branch I would close this account and open a new one with another branch.
Zelle issues
Never found a bank so hard to use Zelle (my $$)
Stay where you are.
Don't waste your time. They switched card providers and have been trash since. Allowing payments even when your card is off and declining payments when you have money available. They don't even respond in their chat. I'm still waiting on a response from Thursday.
Canceling acct
This new transition was the worst. I will be closing my accts and opening new ones somewhere else not that they care. Advise…save yourself some time and energy with this people.
