Been with you for many years and don’t plan to leave. I am grateful for the app that’s available and keeps me from being overdrawn. It’s been a lifesaver

Disaster
Card constantly messes up at stores, account gets locked for “suspicious activity”, which is buying groceries, app kicks me out a lot, and it won’t stop asking me to write a review every time I log in.

Great bank. Great people. But the review pops up every time I open the app.
The worst
It takes me 10 minutes because it keeps crashing. This is the only App I have that does this. Total Garbage.
Great Customer Service!
Well, we’ve been banking with BankPlus for about 22 years now and they have always been very understanding to any situation that has come up with our personal checking or savings accounts. ( Personal Banker -Micheal Smith). I just wish you guys had more ATM locations available, here in the Rankin County area mainly in Florence, MS , but I guess I don’t need it because helps me to keep money in my accounts and not withdraw it. Lol 🤣

Needs HELP! Will ask every time you make a deposit remotely to verify that the check is to a signor on the account because they don’t match! Every single time! Come on guys get it improved.

Not compatible with iphone 12
I can download the app, which i already had but it is not compatible with my iphone 11. It was suggested that I delete my mobile app and reinstall but that did not work. This is happening more and more with most apps. If your phone is more than 3 or 4 years old, you are going to be forced to buy a new phone. Who has that kind of money to buy an expensive phone every few years. So frustrating.

I love the convenience of the app.
Account closed
Wouldn’t let me check account balance online. Had to go in or wait for you to open to get balance. Didn’t work for me.
Window pop up
Get this damn window to rate your app OUT OF MY FACE every damn time I open your app! 3/5 instead of 5/5 Down to a 1/5 because this keeps popping up every time I open this app.
