I have used this app for awhile now and never had issues but recently I can’t see any of my account information or transactions.
Not color blind!
The app logo was updated! That is the worst colors for an I have ever seen! Who’s going to notice it? Nobody! Hire someone that’s not color blind!😝

Online app is a frustrating waste of time.
I don’t live in ABQ; I don’t think I’ve ever once completed an online transaction with the current app, which means having to drive to the nearest branch to complete the transaction with a live human teller. The tellers are always very friendly, no matter which branch; but the app is a useless waste of time and a huge irritation. MDoesn’t “SUNWARD” know anyone who can fix that worthless online banking app? Perhaps a better question is: will anyone ever read my whiny note? 🤪

Your app won’t even let me access any of my accounts to make a payment and just got late fee interest for your app that don’t work should definitely fixed it cuz it’s big money loss at the long term that you guys won’t pay back
Pretty unreliable
works ok most of the time, but quite often it will flake out. tonight (5/31/24) I could not view my account or make a transfer. tried the online mobile site and had problems as well. given how much money SLFCU has its surprising that they don't put more effort into building a reliable app.

I WISH THE APP WORKED
I this bank, they are always so nice when I call in. They take care of me when I have problems. This app almost never works. It won’t load ever! It won’t load the login screen. If I am miraculously able to login then the accounts don’t load. It is really infuriating that I can almost never login!

Cannot log in
In the past, this app has been very nice to use. Recently, the Cloudflare garbage that has shown up prevents me from logging in to my account. It just spins forever. And tapping on the "report a problem" link asks me to consent to send "data" to Cloudflare without showing me exactly what will be sent (Would it send my account name or password? I have no idea. I have no intention of finding out even if they are contractually obligated not to abuse it.)
Best bank app
Makes it easy to make transfers to and from savings. Never had a savings until I started using this app, and it’s helped my money management significantly.

Sunward credit union are Fraudulent in their dealings I opens my account with the membership fee paid and I added money from my chase and immediately the money got removed from my bank they disabled my account I called and I was told it was on review over a week now you people are thief stealing money I should have noticed when you’ll ach transfer was second day delivery which should be 2-3 days you people are scamming people
Screen Orientation Changed
The app has been performing as expected. Great design, simple and easy to use. However with the latest update, the screen orientation has become relegated to Portrait mode only. Please look into adjusting so that both landscape and portrait mode are available. Thank you!

Terrible tech
Awful mobile app. Cant perform simple tasks like paying a mortgage. Says it’s pending for 24 hours then disappears like it never happened. Was promised a month ago it would be fixed but here we are still dealing with same issues
Letter vs Landscape on my IPad?
Hello, I’d like to use the landscape view rather than letter but the app will have nothing to do with that. It’s a small thing but I’d like to see the app rotating to landscape. Thanks, Dale

Terrible app after switching from SLFCU.
Login doesn’t work and can’t access online statements. And when you contact the bank they take no responsibility to try and understand the problem saying it works fine for them and tell you to either go to the laptop browser version or try to reinstall. Take responsibility!

This app is pretty good. My only complaint is I wish all accounts could be loaded on one app, personal and business. Or provide two different app so I don’t have to constantly log in and out of the same app.

I created an account with Sunward in November. Not one time has the app opened for me. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times, as well as restarting my phone. Please help
