Wow Bolster made this EASY. In under 10 min I just disputes to every negative jerk on my credit report. I am very impressed.
Bolster card
I have a bolster subscription and bolster secured card subscription but never received the card for use I then reported the secured card lost to have a new one sent out but instead the company deactivated my card subscription now I have a account that is attached to my credit profile with no activity being reported so my credit is in jeopardy of having a negative impact I continuously reached out to the support team and never hear anything back from them or receive any updates to my account about the card situation I just want to cancel out both subscription so it won’t affect my credit profile this company is a complete scam
Confused About Card
I paid the $5.99 thinking the credit card was to be UNsecured. Turns out I was wrong and it’s a secured card instead. I wish it was a bit more clear beforehand that I’d have to load my own money onto the credit card
Email codes not received or in junk
3 days now and I still can’t add a password when it signed me up on facial recognition so I can’t use on my laptop.
App keeps looping me to sign in…what gives Bolster?
The 72 point increase that’s advertised is definitely not typical, even if it were, the app doesn’t work. I keep signing in just to land right back to have to sign in. I don’t know what’s going on but the app is not working properly at all.

Customer service or something needs to get in contact with me ASAP I need a refund this app is a scam apparently because every time I try to click on apply now to the bolster card it signs me out EACH AND EVERY TIME I want a refund on the subscription I brought
Overall good
Bolster is very clear but thorough. The ability to submit disputes easily is awesome. I’m running into some trouble getting a response back though. It’s been 66 days since I submitted collections for review and I haven’t heard anything back yet. One source says it take 45 days, another says 65 days. I’m not seeing customer service option to ask specific questions either. Not trying to hate, still a great app and I recommend giving it a shot. So far my credit score has gone up 100 points in 2 months!

There’s one thing I don’t like about you guys
there’s one thing on here I disputed it’s a Verizon $4900. Do you know I sent them back the phones and they never took them off the account that’s why that phone that’s why that bill is $4000. They did it to me and they did it to my mother, the same exact way they tell you to send your phones back and then they don’t take them off your account they charge you $4000 $4900 or whatever to be exact Verizon‘s is a crook I wonder how many other people they’ve done this too and then they put it in collections and then they sell it to a company that you don’t do business with that you never signed anything or anything and they haven’t come after you in collections, that should be illegal but these agencies that report our credit they’re just as bad as the companies coming after us they don’t fix nothing they put the wrong stuff on your credit report. This is all a scam and and you guys aren’t even you’re just gonna take a word face that they said it was OK. You’re not even gonna investigate it. You’re just gonna say well, he already did so it’s done and over with no it’s not. I want it removed off my credit report for fraudbecause they fraud me when they never put the phones that I turned back in to get credit back on the account because when I left, I sent every phone back to them. I don’t owe them nothing.

I don’t know what’s wrong with my account, it keeps login me out saying networks connection is down or I’m blocked, even after I change my password and couldn’t log me in back
I actually use this app
I’ve purged and deleted 90% of my apps but this one stays pinned at the bottom next to messages, this has everything I need in one spot and doesn’t try to sell me useless third party stuff, actually feels like they’re got what I need in mind vs how they make money, super refreshing, it’s my second most used app on screen time.

The app is non functional and they are holding my money and the card will not work and the explanation is vague on whats going on and i cant even get a response and my service tickets have been ignored for weeks now this is very unprofessional …It would be bette if i was better informed ….i sued suntrust when they did something like this and i won
Not the best
Bolster is almost impossible to get in contact with. Some of the items they had removed popped back up on my credit report. They advertised that you can get 1000 for each credit violation but again it’s almost impossible to speak with anyone. I also signed up for the 3 credit bureau dispute for 25.00 and NEVER got the service or a refund. I spent hours on the phone with the company they say would be doing the additional disputes. The link to view the credit dispute letter doesn’t show the actual letter. Prepare to be confused and frustrated.
