Love wings app
Ents app was so awful I used safari rather than the app. Wings app is fast and functional
AWFUL!
I have had nothing but problems since the changeover in digital banking and this new app. I’ve had issues logging into my account and paying bills. I have spent countless hours and days on the phone with Ent/Wings digital support. After over 40 years with Ent, I’m looking at other financial institutions. They spend all this money, sponsoring the Broncos and giving away money, but can’t take care of their own customers. FURIOUS!
Red Ent
I say bring back the red color theme it was much cleaner and recognizable.
What happened??
I never make reviews because I genuinely just don’t care enough, but my god what the heck happened with this update? I’ve been with Ent for about 15 years and I’ve never seen this app updated so horribly. It’s awful! My most used feature, the quick balance view is no longer even an option. Everything is so much harder to navigate and see, the UI is terrible. Transfers feel more complicated now. The only reason it my review isn’t lower is because I do like that I can now manage my credit cards from the app and it doesn’t take me out of it, but everything else. Please fix.
Pretty Good, but locations got crippled in the upgrade
Pretty, clean, fast, generally good app. But one of my most used features - the map that easily showed service centers - shared branches, and co-op ATMs, got removed and replaced by a nearly useless link. So sad! If we can get a native map back with all those locations, this becomes a 5 star app.
Love the new mobile app!
I love the new mobile app. It was a little confusing at first because it was so different than the old one but it’s much nicer. I really like the mobile batch deposit.

A lot of the time when I want to see what my spending/income for the month it’s inaccurate. It for something reason doesn’t take into account some charges or checks.

Bring back dark mode
Been with Ent for 15 years. There are some improvements in the latest app updates after the Wings merger. Face ID login doesn't need two scans anymore. Internal and external account transfers are simplified and improved. The app is responsive and streamlined on my device. Now for the bad. Dark mode was removed, which I always loved about the old Ent app. Thanks for making me turn my brightness way down every time I need to use my bank app now. Can we please get dark mode back? Regardless of how "clean" white colors might look, this is a basic user experience issue. It's obvious that app users want to be able to choose the app color theme they prefer. Another problem is that the Ent app always displayed my checking account at the top, with savings under it. Now Wings displays savings at the top and checking under it. I've been used to the same account order for years and years but now it's backwards with no way to change it. Checking is my most used account so it should be at the top where it belongs. Please add the option to reorder the account list to user preference. Thank you.
Wings CU rocks!
The app opens very fast and is quick to use. I love the fact that I am immediately advised of any transaction on my account. Clear concise details about my checking and savings accounts in slightly larger fonts that’s very easy to read. I love the layout of the app and how everything is laid out organizationally and makes sense. ENT I loved you, but this is a big improvement. Thank you Wings!
New company/Rules?
I’ve had an account with this company for years, and I’ve never had my checks held. However, since this new company joined, they now hold a portion of my checks for a few days. It’s incredibly frustrating and annoying.
Bill pay
With this new update you can’t view what is pending in your bill pay. Please bring back the pending bill pay from the previous app.

Terrible!!Always locking me out!!
Had this app for years under ENT but as soon as they switched to Wings the app locks me out every 3 or 4th time I use it. Calling the 800 number doesn’t work, so I have to go into the bank in person to get it unlocked again. So, every few weeks the app locks up like someone is trying to hack it, but no one is trying to hack it, just me trying to access my account! I’m afraid to use it all. Please fix!!
App update
The new app update is great with one exception. I want quick balance back the way it was before. I don’t like that I have to now add a widget to my screen. And I especially do not like that the widget option is only one size. I do not want the widget taking up a fourth of my screen and that my balance will be visible to anyone near me. Change it back please or at least give different size options to the widget.

Don’t like the new APP
Ever since the merger, the Wings App for my car loan repayment is more confusing than ever. They make it very hard to see what your current balance is in your accounts. And when you go to make a payment, they give no indication to your current balance (so if you are making principal payments you need to physically write down the amount in your account). Very unhelpful.
Used To Be Great
Every since the app update to include Wings and all the changes the app constantly freezes and doesn’t work! Really frustrating considering everything was fine for over 16 years before you updated the app and made whatever changes in 2026. Doesn’t help to delete the app and reload it!
Fresh Look
I love the ent (wings CU) mobile app it’s always worked perfectly for me but since it’s changed to Wings CU it’s been even better and more convenient than ever before! Try it so you can love it too!
Where’s my money!
It does. It display my account. It just display all this activate stuff that has nothing to do with my account. Why can’t I see my account! Why change anything. Don’t fix what’s not broken. But it’s all broken.
WTF!
What the...!!! App was "updated" and and now I just get a screen telling me: "Coming Soon Our new banking app is not yet available. Please try again later." The app updated and was not working for a few hours. It is now functioning fine but to update an app and then get that message was quite bothersome as I had no access and I had no idea when, or even if the app would come back online. It was especially poor timing with the merger with Wings CU so I didn't know what to do to access funds.

The digital banking and experience of how to use it has been very enlightening.
Clumsy at best
Terrible interface for this app! Small details on previous app, like ability to set maturity options on CDs were taken away and delays in bill pay were added? What’s in it for your customers?

Wings banking software is awful!
I have been an ENT customer for over 25 years. The merger with Wings has lost a lot of the functionality that the ENT software offered. The software runs extremely slow and is not easy to navigate I also noticed that if you were using your debit card and you are disputing a charge when you click on the details of the transaction. There is no reference number. Nothing, just the merchant’s name the date it posted and the date it cleared. I am so disappointed in this software. Please bring back the ENT software!!!
Mobile app
Got used to it wasn’t too happy about it at first. I’m a Gen X so I don’t like change very much the good thing that I called in and asked for help. I really like customer service. They were very helpful and showed me step-by-step but now that I’m used to it seems to be OK.
Can’t even transfer
The new set up is just like the last but it’s so slow it won’t even open up to my transfer page. Every time I try it’s just a white screen. I tried to delete the app redownload it. Close it and reopen it so many times. Fix this app.
