Best financial app in the business!
Wings Financial has been an excellent banking experience. The app is clean, fast, and incredibly easy to navigate, making it simple to check balances, transfer money, deposit checks, and manage accounts all in one place. Everything feels intuitive and reliable, and I especially appreciate how easy it is to keep track of my finances without unnecessary clutter.
Takes too long to see money get into checking
I’m able to deposit checks into my Chase account and the funds are available immediately. Why the 3 to 5 day wait with Wings???

After years of great auto rates and great access for the comm’cl pilot in the house, the excellence of the app has moved us to consolidate our business with Wings!

Ever since the latest update I have to tap my accounts several times before they open. It seems like the app is unresponsive.
Long time member
I’ve recommended Wings to several especially because of their app. They apparently have fixed the issues with Cloudflare and now I can get in on my iPhone even when using a VPN. Thank you!
Mystery payment dates
I made a payment to my visa on this app and now have had to make 4 phone calls to customer service at Wings and Visa because there is some secret date that if you pay BEFORE then it is not considered a payment. Basically the software is like “too early, doesn’t count.” So now my card is shut down and no one is able to correct this software problem. I’m paid after my 21st of the month due date, so I need to pay early or it would be late. No one can even tell me what that mystery date is. I’m so frustrated!!!
Camera compatibility
The most recent update has made the app incompatible with old iPhone cameras, thus making mobile deposit impossible Please fix

Wings Financial has an “X” social media account
I have been disappointed in recent changes made to Wings in Apple Valley. No tellers anymore, just ATMs inside and one ATM in the entryway. They do have about 5 live employees available if you make an appointment there to see them at their desk. The last straw was seeing that they have an account with “X”, which is owned and ultimately managed by a man with poor character and questionable motives. I don’t care how powerful their firewall is - it can still be hacked by a computer security professional with bad intentions and an insatiable greed.

Dumbest app. You have to really search to find atm locations and then when you luckily do manage to find locations it takes you to a website so they can siphon your data. And it doesn’t even tell you if you can deposit anymore! Incompetent

Mobile deposit unusable
The mobile deposit function as of today and previously is unreliable, many times throughout having this app it tells you full screen is required to deposit checks even though it is in full screen already and no matter what you do still remains unusable. It only randomly begins working again on some days but as of today it does not work

Mobile deposit doesn’t work
I’ve been using the app for years and it’s been fine until today (7/8/25) when all of a sudden, it doesn’t work. The issue is at the point of taking the pictures of the check, just getting a black screen.
