Delta rocks
The App works very well. It does everything and more that my monster bank did but without a hidden fee or asterisk by everything.
Harassment
App is down every night making it hard for me to transfer my funds before pending charges go through. And app ask for a review every time you log onto it. This is a new feature that inspired me to give a negative review. This is a banking app not a mobile game why does it need me to review it everyday?! What does it think I will write about? The exciting new mini game? The new legendary hero? It a bank app that does bank app things.
Mostly good
I am a longtime member and am mostly satisfied with DCCU. Unfortunately there is some technology issue with messaging from DCCU to me, which has limited some of my mobile transactions, and tech support follow up has never occurred as promised

Got a long way to go. Small deposit totals, take too long to clear. Way behind with this, otherwise works fine.
Not consistently available
There have been multiple times I’ve used the app to transfer money and the app says over and over again, “unavailable at this time, try again later”, and I’m not able to move money from account to account and then I end up with a fee.

This App for the DCCU is extremely convenient and easy to use. I live out of the Atlanta area and your app makes your services accessible.

Sad to go
After a nearly 30 year membership, I finally closed my DCCU account. Too many hurdles to do things (can’t just call to close a cc, have to send a letter. Can’t do ach transfers from app to outside bank account. Fees to refinance a car. Poor phone support). It’s like the worst of DL stayed with the CU.
Late on deposits
I’ve always heard good things about credit unions, but my account with DCCU is always the first to overdraft due to deposits not hitting until after 6 AM. My other account hit at midnight and 2 AM so I am having to allocate bills differently due to the overdraft fees that Delta keeps charging me. I wish there deposits would go in sooner than 6 AM or even 7 AM some days. They should also consider the fact that if a deposit is pending, they shouldn’t be charging overdraft fees for bills that come out that day.

Exiting the app
Update 07/15/26 I understand how to log out. I just wonder why I have to go to another screen to log out. Why not have exit icon on Home Screen. Why do you have to take several steps to get to the exit icon. That should be on the upper right of the home screen.

Takes way too long for a deposit to post
I sent a direct transfer from my other bank. Those funds left my account late last week (ergo DCCU had them since then) yet no sign of my deposit until late today. Unacceptable. I’ve been a member since 1986. Treat me better than that!
