It always fails. I give up after multiple failed attempts. It freezes then says it fails and the check is under $10.

Omg
I love Robins as a bank and I love their card guard app but this app is awful. There’s so many glitches, and if you can even enter your account your lucky because I’ve been trying for the past 3 years to get inside my account and failing even after calling the customer service number provided.
Learn the ropes.
After learning how the app works, I can transfer money and do all I need to do without staying on hold waiting for a person. It’s not perfect, but plenty good enough.
Not that Great
Runs your Face ID twice before opening the app. After opening the app your accounts don’t load. Often times when attempting to make a transfer, the first time your accounts don’t show. You have to force stop the app, log in again and then attempt for your accounts to show. Small glitches and bugs that make the app frustrating to use. Most times I just log in on the website. If they work out the kinks it could be a decent app.
Load times
I opened a savings account account with a maturity date when I’m in the app or online in general the “maturity options “ tab only loads and never shows what options I have, there isn’t a bank here for me to walk in and talk about it with since I currently moved out of town.
Can not do transfers any more
The app will not let me do transfers from one account to another anymore. I have to go online and do it.
I don't know why the ratings are so low.
I don't know why this app is rated so low. For transferring between my connected accounts and checking balances it is pretty great. It was kind of difficult figuring out how to connect the accounts though. But also being able to log into two totally separate accounts - one with face ID and the other with a pin code - is helpful.
Needs fixing asap
WHEN it works, it works fine. But lately (like others have mentioned recently) the money transfer option has been very buggy and unresponsive, leading users to have to completely delete the app, and reinstall it, and hope it fixes it. Been banking with Robins for years with no issues, but this app NEEDS attention in 2026 and swiftly.
No tranfers after a certain time?
It’s weird, this app has never been great, but now I can’t transfer money within my own accounts after like 8:30PM. Apps should NOT close? What the heck? Y’all need to do better. Please work on this app. It doesn’t need to be special, just functional.

THE WORSE BANKING APP EVER. UNFORTUNATELY ROBINS DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO REACH OUT TO ABOUT THE APP. IF THE APP IS DOWN DO NOT EXPECT TO ACCESS UR OWN MONEY.
Slow and buggy
Really poor development for such a reputable bank. It cannot be that hard to interface with accounts and update in a timely fashion. No other bank app that I’ve ever used fails to show transactions nearly immediately. Sometimes this app does not update until the next morning.
Member to never transfer
Can you guys please bring back member to member transfer? It was one of the best features and also very handy.

Mobile banking is down again. Happens all the time and I cannot access my accounts.

The whole app just needs to be redone. The bank itself isn’t bad but from using this app you would think otherwise. Like other reviews have said, it’s slow and glitchy. Also I feel like it could be much more user friendly.

Mobile Deposit Option not showing
Mobile Deposit is not under products and services on my app as the video dictates it is. Why is that so? What must I do to have access to mobile deposits?

Much like the app, Robins Financial is very very slow at processing requests. If you need a new debit card it will take WEEKS to receive one. The lack of convenience makes for profit banks nearly seem worth it. You cannot expect people to go nearly a month without a debit card. Both app and company are disappointing.
Terrible after update
The new update is terrible. The app doesn’t even open half the time and the money transfer option does not work.
Where is Deposit a Check Drop-down?
This version of the RFCU app does not have the drop-down for depositing a check. Live out of state, so Not Happy customers right now.
Straight garbage app!!!
No freaking way a banking app Is this terrible!!!!! Terrible at loading,have to force close it and reset it 50 freaking times(no this is no exaggeration at all!!!!),have to delete it and redownload it!!! Man fix yall freaking app bruh!!!!
Can’t use on my iPhone
I depend on the mobile app to pay my bills but it doesn’t work most of the time.
Not able to log in
Has not allowed me to log in at all for the past year and a half, and will not allow me to change my password.
Mobile Deposit still doesn’t work half the time
Been doing mobile deposit for over a year and complaining from the very beginning about it not working. I either have to take a thousand pictures from different angles and lighting, or it doesn’t work at all. Called countless times about it and always I’m told it’s something wrong with the check even though when I take it in to deposit in person no one can tell me what’s wrong with it 🤷♀️ the app always just says the front or back picture can’t be processed despite the photos NEVER being blurry and always in the frame they provide or closer. And yes, I always endorse it on the back and check the box. I love Robins but this needs fixed, I’m sick of having to drive 45 minutes just to spend 5 minutes to deposit a check.
