The only way to get the app to stop asking you to do a review every time you log in is by writing a review, so here it is. And even that doesn’t work…… probably going to change banks due to this annoyance

I love the way I can check my account
I love being able to check my account but I am frustrated with using the mobile deposit! Since my new iPhone 14 I can’t get the camera to scan on the deposit! Message tell S me to rotate my device yet that doesn’t work either!

Pending Credits
It is very disappointing that this app doesn’t show pending debits and credits. The previous app did.
Mobile Deposit
Mobile Deposit has not worked on the app for months. Support says it’s an iOS16 problem. It’s been long enough for a fix. PLEASE. Update the app to repair the problem!
Mobile check option not working
I’ve been trying to deposit a check on the app for about 5 mins. It keeps saying “Rotate device to continue your deposit” but the message doesn’t disappear even after I tried to flip it. Even change the orientation of my screen, tried to restart my phone. Please fix asap as this is a major inconvenience.

In the last 2 months the App freezes when I try to make a Mobile check deposit. After this the App fails to reload.

Mobile Banking on App does not support iOS 16!
You cannot deposit using the Mobile Banking Deposit feature. The camera does not work with iOS 16. Customer service says no eta on any fix. Really???

Worst Bank App Ever.
Every time they update the app, you have to manually re enter your login info. Then you have to manually re enter allll of your connected bank info because if you press “connect bank with credentials” it will take eons to load (it never loads). The worst customer service support for the app, they just tell you to go to the website, BY THE WAY half the things on their website are unhelpful too. They don’t list your account number or routing number, but when you call saying you need it they tell you where to find it however it IS NOT THERE. They are no where to be found in the app. I should be able to easily and seamlessly pay my credit card bill using another bank as well as look at my account or routing number for this bank if I need to amongst other things. Just trash.

This app confounds me repeatedly. I cannot easily move money into or out of my accounts. Zelle transactions are simple with all my other financial institutions.

Zelle 2025!
Why are we not still able to use a Zelle app within the app? Why does it not go to that once you click on the link that it sends you to your number or your email? And why does it take a whole day for someone to get it, I thought it was supposed to be instant

I’ve had several issues with my checks not getting to where they are supposed to get within two weeks. This is not acceptable to me. I know you use a second party to send the checks, but I can’t be getting cancellation notices because you can’t send my checks in time. You’ve taken money out of my account but the money doesn’t get there. Big problem!
New App Design
The new app layout is awesome! It’s much easier to navigate and I like having all of the payment options in one folder in the main screen.
Horrible not up to date app
There’s no way to manage my own debit card I should be able to lock it and unlock it whenever I need to etc. all other bank apps look like we’re in the 21st century. I love the bank but I am thinking about leaving because of the app. Like the chat never works and I shouldn’t have to call in about every little inconvenience.
