One issue
one issue I have with the app is that when I deposit a check electronically it takes several days to appear on the mobile banking app I could not transfer funds from ucbi to an external bank. I followed the directions but would not work. I was told my local branch-Oakwood-would help but they could not help. I am still unable to transfer money to external bank. Also could not put my wife as a signer on my checking account virtually. We are out of state and cannot come in the local bank to do this.

What does this mean?
Tried to look at 3 messages; tapped #1 and got into a loop. Had to go out and resign in. Not very well planned.
Clunky
Most important features (such as Deposit a check) should be front & center, immediately to hand. Instead, I have to go hunt and peck for that function.
Functional
Overall, it is a good app. Frequent issues.

New upgrade is so much easier. I can navigate through the system very well. It is so easy and understandable.

I can’t find the close button! Screen just keeps showing deductions from weeks ago. I was happy with the ease of use before change.
