It’s not signing me in.
Keeps asking for my login info. I always put it in correctly then I have to get a code and then it says App is unable to process.

Face ID doesn’t work
Face ID never works, so I need to always put my password in and the. Agree to the terms and conditions. Uninstalling app doesn’t fix the issue. Over a year with this issue and still no fix?!

When reviewing account information, why does it go back to the beginning
When I view my account information instead of holding my place when I look at the payees information, it goes back to the beginning of the page it would be good if it held your place each time
Issues
About once a month, Face ID is not accepted, and I have to sign in with username and password. Not a big deal, but it seems every time I do, apparently my password is always wrong! Go to change it, and “New password can’t be the same as old password”. Apps fine for the most part. I’m just so tired of randomly having to go through the process of changing my password once a month.

What is wrong with you? Fandango Sorry, but there was a problem processing your credit card. You have not been charged for this order. Fix this everyone says you are a good bank I believe it. How do you explain this and how do you explain the missing card. Under card controls in the united bank app.

I’m so tired of opening this app and constantly keep asking me for security codes received via SMS that doesn’t work. I’m transferring my money to another bank.
Need app help
Love the bank but all of a sudden I can’t login to the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and put in my phone number and get a message that the phone number already exists. I need help so I can use the app again; it was so convenient. I truly loved the option of turning my bank card usage on and off.
Great Bank
Have had this bank since I moved to the Charleston area Five years ago and they have always been good to me. Set it up in Downtown Summerville and used West Ashley branch a lot. Dorchester ATM didn’t used to think their wer enough branches but make do!
