More often than not I can’t open the app - so frustrating!
Doesn’t work so well anymore
The app worked ok after the merger between Unify. But now it doesn’t work at all. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still doesn’t work. What happened CA??? You were supposed to ensure a smooth and seamless transition in service. But now that doesn’t seem to be the case. Very disappointed that it worked before and now it doesn’t.
Some things great. Others not so much.
They want you to go all paperless, but haven’t figured it out. They can’t help. Car loan was great.
Some problems
Within the past year I’ve found the app to be kind of slow and it even crashes on me periodically.
Good hours & Service
I do miss the locations at Blue Springs walmart and 23rd st Hyvee, but I like the newish location on S 7 hwy in Blue Springs.

Why is it you guys keep going through maintenance on your app all you guys do on your app and show my checking account and second account what more do you need to do and fix make up better why would you have to close your entire app down to do so? Why can’t you guys just update the app within the App Store instead of shutting down the entire app itself Are you DoorDash? I need to constantly be able to check my account so I can pay for gas. Can’t do that when you guys keep shutting down the app
App closes out after putting in password
Have to have this app because it's my bank but it's very frustrating that my app closes every single time I put in my password and enter, just immediately kicks me out of the app. It's a fine app besides this bug.

Updates are making it worse
App crashes constantly now after the last few updates. I have to login three times before I can see my accounts page.

Mobile banking app
Mostly live would give 5 states but I hate that the mobile deposit shows me how to sign EVERY TIME I use it. Needs to show someone once. Then never again.

This used to be a solid app; now it crashes upon login all the time (sometimes multiple times attempting to login)

Community America App
Sometimes the app crashes on me, where I’ll have to login four times before it stays open. In addition, Citi takes a little too long to pull the amount that we paid on the app. It takes three business days for it to reflect on my bank account. Outside of that, I Thank Citi for its services.

Online is one is the best thing about being a community America member and even going into the main branch the staff are amazing, they always greet you with respect and are very helpful with any questions or concerns that you may have

Changeover LOST FUNCTIONS
Login on web all good, login on CU provided app link good, UNABLE to login on App Store app. Detail LOST for checks written! I need data for taxes. I click save login ID, each time I must enter it. This app needs WORK. Line at the CU 15 people long in my little city.

Crashes on launch, every time.
I’m finding it incredibly cumbersome that every time I launch this app, it crashes at least on first attempt, and sometimes the second and third. My overdraft fees should be enough to build a solid banking app.
