Can’t use Face ID, transactions are not order of when they actually occurred and original dates are not included once done pending. Worst banking app ever. Can’t wait to leave this bank.

I wish the Face ID worked. Having to sign in and get a code every time is annoying. They have the option for the Face ID to work but it never works.

New password every other week
This is terrible literally every other week I have to make a new password because it keeps telling me it is invalid yet it’s the same password I used 20 minutes before. This has happened so many times already it’s like the more you use it the sooner it wants you to make a new password very annoying Update: original it was just annoying now I have been locked out of my account I literally have used the same password every time I login and it randomly decided it won’t work any more and to lock my account now I don’t receive emails or texts so I have to go into the bank to verify myself even though I work during their business hours. Ridiculous bring back the old app
Almost perfect
This app is mostly great, it is user friendly once you get into the app. Unfortunately the face recognition sign in option does not work even when you give it access, so signing in is a bit cumbersome.
Better before update.
Transaction list was more intuitive, and mobile deposits worked so much better prior to the recent update.
Budget Tools
Love the new app but really need budget tools like the old app had where it categorized where my money goes. 😩

logging into app
why is that every time i login to the app it makes me verify and get a code to even get into the app. the old app never was like this. if i ask for faceid i expect it just to be face id, not a text code every time.
Needs Improvement
My facial recognition never works, it doesn’t even try, no matter how many times I turned it in.
Its alright
I preferred the old app. I’m not sure if others are experiencing this issue, but my settings reset every time I log in. The slideshow pops up as if it’s my first time accessing the app. Additionally, I have to activate fingerprint recognition EVERY time I log in, even though this should already be a set option. I also used to receive notifications whenever a transaction was attempted, but I’m no longer getting those alerts. If these issues could be fixed, the new app could be just as good as the old one.

Good app
Live in a small town reason we bank at Midwest is for the banking app very easy to use and dependable.
Password reset.
I find it VERY annoying that you now only have to enter your password incorrect one time and you get locked out of your account. And then the "password reset link" never sends so I have to call the help line. Seriously considering switching banks.
Face Recognition
I would like if this app allowed you to log on using face recognition like the previous app had. Otherwise very useful and friendly app.
Automatic Photo
The automatic photo function did not work regardless of the lighting or the background. Had to result to manually taking the pictures.
Face ID glitch
The Face ID won’t stay turned on. Have to redo it each time that I log into my app

A little faster.
Won’t display correctly on iPad
The app does not allow screen rotation on iPad. If it does then I cant find it in any settings. That’s the only reason for the 1 Star rating but thought it might get someone’s attention.
New banking app not as good as the old one
Face ID no longer works to sign in on the new app despite turning on the feature multiple times. Navigating the app is also more confusing than the previously used interface.
Worse than previous App
I had perfect alerts with the previous App. There is no option for getting the same alerts. I liked the previous app much better.
Mobile Deposit
Overall this app is great minus the mobile deposit feature. The old app I had no issues depositing checks. Now it either won’t accept the actual attempt to deposit or it does and later the deposit gets rejected with no reason

No one likes change, this app would be much better if it had facial login instead of entering password every single time. I use this app frequently and it’s kind of a pain especially since you want to 12 digit password. First world problems, but you asked.

This app doesn’t update nearly as fast as the old one or the bank isnt posting nearly as fast.

Server Error
Would give 5 stars but had a couple server errors before my check would successfully deposit. The older app I never had issues.
Do not like the new app
I found the previous app easier to use, especially since we have multiple accounts to manage. Do not like having the total of all our accounts as the first thing pulled up because my husband thinks that the amount in just one of our accounts. Hate the new bill pay system. Please reevaluate this new app. Like my bills paid on the day its received and not the day(s) before
Nice new app, but needs some fixes
Since the new app was launched, it seems like there is no way to sort transactions by credits or debits. Also, the auto picture capture for mobile check deposits doesn’t work.
Faulty check deposit
Using the new apps check deposit system is the first time I've ever had trouble depositing a mobile check
Pretty pleased so far
I like the simplicity of it and it is better on the eyes. I do wish however that you brought the red color back for the credits. Easier to see than a plus sign.
Change the app??
This is a perfect example of reinventing the wheel. Just to make things better you come up with a different format for the app and it is much less functional as far as I’m concerned the other one was much simpler and easier to navigate.

Provide a way to remember the password on the app.
Visually Disappointing
The color scheme is is difficult on the eyes. No color distinctions between debits and credits. Highlighting debits in red for example would be much easier to distinguish. Everything looks the same. The previous version allowed you to switch between tasks and accounts much easier. Not impressed.
Greedy Bankers
It is terrible that the bank charges folks for others cashing a check from my account at my bank! Just like stealing money from the old and the poor. Shameful!!!
Camera doesn’t always work.
The first several times I used new app it worked great for deposits and looking at the account. This last deposit was problematic. The check was on a black background with plenty of light and it wouldn’t work. I tried multiple times and then by chance found how to manually take the picture of both sides. Not sure why it did not work easily this last time.
New system
I do not like the look of the new app. The old app was simple and perfect. The new one is visually more difficult to navigate.

The view is plain and dull for my brain.
