Kansas MSCU, watch for Limited app
This is the original Kansas MSCU. There is also a google logo looking app named Mainstreet CU ….. that comes from Mainstreet Limited. Please verify this is a legit separate company or report the app to apple. This yellow M logo is the Kansas MSCU app.
Acct in app failure to update
For the past month, without fail the app crashes or fails to update. This happens at least 3x a week. It’s frustrating because when I get paid it doesn’t reflect in my account online or on the app so it makes paying bills very difficult. It’s frustrating and using this as a main source for bill payment causes significantly delays that sometimes lead me to want to change banks. If it doesn’t get resolved soon, I may have to leave a great credit union that has a terrible online management system.

For those of you who are getting stuck on white screen of death… Delete app & reinstall. Make sure you remember your username & password.

All in all, it does what it says on the tin. However, why when depositing checks is there and after image larger than what’s in the viewfinder?
App Privacy
5/6/24 I opened the app to be greeted with an iOS message saying that the app wants the ability to find and connect to local devices on my network. …why? Why would this app ever need that functionality for any reason?
Breaks Plaid
The method of two factor authentication is not compatible with the Plaid software.
Love Mainstreet
I have been with Mainstreet since it used to be Johnson County Credit Union. They are the best. The branch I use is in Leavenworth. Everyone there knows me as soon as I walk in. They handle everything smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with them.
Not functioning
It’s prompting me to update the app to continue using it but there is no update so it’s in a constant loop. Can’t even access the app at the point. Wondering if my information is even secure currently.

Had to update to new version 6/1/26 and it’s not working at all now. Just a white screen.

Very helpful
As a college student who is slowly getting on my feet, this app is helpful, and makes it easy for you to do everything in one place. The staff at the credit union itself were also very helpful and supportive, so I’d recommend to anyone in Kansas City area.
Very Upset with Mainstreet
Idk if it’s a technical issues but I get paid a set time of the day every week but tonight became a issue with receiving my funds please fix this issue.
