Glitching
Whenever you go to chat with someone the app forces closed. You can’t even type out what you want to say.
Should be five stars, but
When I transfer money, I would like to be able to put in a note why I transferred it.
App
I have to delete and re-install my app at least 1x a week because it freezes up and I can’t access my money. It’s annoying.
iOS 18 widget
Did you guys get rid of the widget in iOS 18? I can’t see quick balances as a witch anymore. Also, please add routing and checking account numbers to the app.

Resets every time I navigate away
This app used to work just fine then they did an update and now when I go between the app to look at my transaction history and YNAB to enter in transactions and reconcile, and I come back to the Azura app it resets to the top of the page, which is very frustrating
Dues
The fact I have to pay for not using my debit card 10 times a month at store locations is absurd. You use my money to make money and then take extra on top and still I cannot get better than %8 on a loan with excellent credit is laughable since the members of the credit union own it. Y’all fired everyone or downsized cutting costs across the board and still we can’t get better % on loans.

Functional App, but why the background image?
Why do we all have to stare at a random family as the background image. Make it a simple background color, or give us the option to change it. Please.

Very easy to navigate and very user friendly.
Incorrect reporting
This app is really bad, purchase reporting comes in days sometimes weeks late causing unnecessary overdrafts which is damaging to consumer relations.
Great app!
Only thing that could make it better is having your personal information such as full account numbers so we didn’t have to sit on phone or text someone online. But other than that this has made banking so much easier
Service
They have the best customer service, their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been with this Credit Union for years.
Can you update your app?
Would love the app if the widget still worked in iOS 18. I don’t understand what takes so long to update it?
Pending Deposits
The only issue I have is not being able to view pending deposits. Other than that, the app is great.
Nonstop bugs
Half the time I can’t open the app and the other part of the time it’s not displaying the correct balance.
App won’t stop loading
I’ve had an issue for the past week where I can’t even see my balance on my accounts. It just says please wait. I need to get into my accounts to make a transfer but can’t even do that
Notifications
App needs updating. Getting tired of the app sending me notifications to make a recurring transfer and to check my settings. I do not want to make a recurring transfer every two hours and my settings are fine. Get with the world and get it updated.
Saved login info
Azure app won’t removed my saved login info. I have deleted the app, removed info from iCloud, completely reset my iPhone from scratch and username is still saved once I redownloaded the app
Bill pay
Can’t add a payee with out full account number I suppose that is for security reasons
App won’t load
Try to go in and check account and app keeps saying application error.

Cannot validate deposits to set up external accounts
The app will not allow me to validate my deposits to set up external accounts for Loan Payments. There is no screen to enter the amounts. I can only view that the account is Pending. Please fix the set up process.
Good app
It is a good app but I liked it better when it showed how much was going towards my truck payment and how much was interest. Also less detail on the checking.
Doesn’t work
I tried to login to the new app using my login information from before won’t let me in and won’t email me my username to try and reset the process. Very frustrating
