I have used Truity Bank for several years now and have loved it, but I am having extreme difficulty Logging into the app on my phone and switching between business and personal account
Worse company ever.
They make it so difficult to make payments. It takes 3 days to process payments.
Multiple logins
Need the ability to have separate login credentials for joint accounts. Not a good security process for two people sharing id and password. Plus only one person can receive authentication code.
Old-Fashioned
Lots of room for improvement for this app in terms of presentation, user-friendliness, dashboard, navigation, and much more. You can’t even find your APR info for each account readily without digging into the statements, nor can you pull up images of past mobile checks deposited. It seems to be stuck in the 70’s. I love Truity as a bank but not a big fan of their App. We can do better.

Prefer receiving a confirmation number when paying a bill.

The question was whether I enjoy Truity CU. I do. But I’m having trouble with my new online terminology, nomenclature, etc. It’s coming, slowly. My memory just isn’t as good as it used to be. So, the 5th star is on me to earn.
Ridiculous Compatibility for iPhone users
Throw away society. To use Truity’s App I need to purchase a new IPhone for Compatibility . My other two banks in Bartlesville don’t require This to use their app. No reason you can’t have a secure app that includes all iOS versions .

App crashes when you try to deposit a check
Credit Card Transactions
The old version I could see the transactions on my Truity credit card but this one doesn’t show that. Please make that possible again, it was so nice to check it from the app.

Doesn’t work on my older phone
What’s the point??!?!? Decent security is possible.. my other credit union still supports both my old laptop and iPhone. This is a poor choice for customer service.

Keeps showing wrong amount due
Horrendous color choices
I like parts of the refreshed app but the color choices are horrendous. Red text on white background on a small mobile device is impossible to read. Also needs dark mode support on IOS.

I do not like the new update it’s kind of just all over the place.

No support for pre ios16
Used to be a great app, I have multiple accounts: personal, business, mortgage and I could flawlessly navigate between them. No longer, since they recently changed to no longer support anything under ios16. I have already called them to advocate for at least ios15. No one has any answers as to why, It’s ridiculous that a banking app is shutting so many people out of access, downright criminal. Also, this is the only banking app I can find that only supports ios16 and later. Go ahead and do a search yourself, I searched over 20 major banking apps at random and many credit unions (including in my own state) some even still support ios 13! Its really unfortunate that Truity decided to do this.

Worst banking company, do not recommend
Working with this company has been a miserable experience. The 1st time I tried to set up auto payments I could not use the app and had issues getting my account linked from my bank to pay on my vehicle. The employees are unhelpful. I have never had a smooth experience using this app and had have to struggle every time I try to make a payment. I will not be banking with this app or company again.

Much improved app! Just needs credit cards transactions/details and it’s complete.
Not useful for managing you cc
Its still need to add a lot of features associated with my credit card. I can not see the available credit, no access to statements, cant pay my cc trough the app, etc... most of the links to manage you cc redirect you to the webpage...

Horrible.
This is the hardest app to use. Why do I have to transfer money from multiple accounts in order to pay for one loan payment? Why not just have a pay now option ? Rediculous

Terrible interface
Terrible app. Instead of just being able to pay with bank info or credit card you have to go in and transfer every time and it’s very confusing.
