My Bank…
Been with this same bank for almost 50 years.. Love the people here they are all so nice.
Only provides accounts total for a cost
Only bank app I know that won’t provide a total for all accounts unless you pay a monthly fee. Such a deficiency is unacceptable.

Fast easy and quick love the color of the app, it’s not too busy straight to the point.

This app is like going backwards. I use to be able to schedule payments to my mom and sister to go directly into their accounts when I use to help them out. There’s a few other things that were so much more handier on the old app but no one reads these anyway

I have to reset my password very often because I’m getting locked out and I’m not sure why because my password only changes when I get locked out, but it is constantly happening

Changing password all the time is a pain.

It nice to have real time banking in the palm of your hand and all with an app that is user friendly.

Suddenly the app won’t let me use the passcode feature anymore.

Still garbage
After RCB changed app platforms 2+ years ago, it’s still worse than it previously was. I still can’t get SMS notification from every transaction with simple details of amount or vendor name. Old app had that functionality. Still don’t have a sum balance of all accounts. Old app had that. There’s been zero enhancements since launch. RCB digital team is asleep at the wheel. More than happy to provide more feedback. Maybe start with a customer satisfaction survey? Haven’t seen one of those in years.

Apparently they have a security issue
They periodically force you to change a secure password. I’m assuming this must be because they have some issue with keeping their network secure. Planning to close my account as soon as my loan is done.
