Stop asking
Every time I open my WeStreet app it asks me to review. It’s been like this for 3 months now. Going on 4 months now. Ridiculous!
Pay a person is not the move.
Genuinely love the bank and app, but wish they didn’t switch the internal transfers between accounts to the pay a person.
App issues
This is ridiculous that I have to keep deleting and reinstalling that app because it just wants to spin!!! Fix the bugs!
App
The app has been messing up for a very long time now it will log me in and then instantly disappear. Also constant trouble with my face login. Something needs to be fixed and it’s not on my end.You can’t pay the overdraft part on app. You have to go in person to do so. It shows you should be able to pay it but nope.

Terrible online banking service why is online banking services suspended for a whole night every few months?
Mostly happy with it
I don’t like the new update that doesn’t allow me to use my face to unlock my account anymore. I do like that the app has everything at my fingertips.
Can’t access app
I just find it strange that I have a business account here but when I try to use the app.. it acts as if it logging me in then returns to my phones title screen? Does this happen to anyone else or am I that lucky?

Harder to use
To me this app was easier to use before you updated it. Now there’s too many steps to logging in and logging out.

Not being able to pay your debit card from the app now is a pain.
Technical
The only issues I have are the website lagging or not turning on. Sometimes I will log in and it will shut it down.
Not your Grandpas Tulsa Federal anymore!!
A few of the changes are modern, inclusive and for the good but the closeness and ability to speak with a caring supportive human is totally gone. Even the drive through is automated. Holding paychecks for days even you’ve deposited from the same source, deposited millions and have been a member for 30plus years. Grandpa had a 3f digit account number. Dad was 4 and mine is only 5. Im sad but since I no I longer feel like I matter it’s probably time to switch to a better bank with less bugs and issues. The app only works half the time and the people simply don’t care anymore.

Good back bad app
Love banking with them but very unfortunate how least twice A week they have to update app so I can’t see how much is in my checking or even transfer from my savings. Gets annoying cause it’s always when I need to check it most and never really get a heads up about it

The app keeps closing every time I try to open I’ve tried everything deleted redownloading and nothing works

Soon as they rebranded the service took a nose dive. Not happy at all with them anymore. On the search for a new bank.

I STILL HATE the name WeStreet. People laugh at the name, they don’t find it clever.
Crashing!
I’m not sure what the developers did but the app crashes over and over before you can finally access it! It's been going on for 2 weeks now. WeStreet has always been a phenomenal app, so hopefully an update will bring it back to great again!
Something’s wrong
The app will close out when I sign it, almost every time. I have to hold the app down and tell it to open by one of the options (iOS)
Overseas use
The app works great when in the United States. But when overseas, the app gives an error so I am unable to access my account info. This is an issue for me because I have to travel outside the U.S. occasionally for work and I’m usually there for a few months. If this was fixed, I would give the app 5 stars.
Crypto trades
Love the ability to do crypto trading right from my credit union account.
Glitch
Every single time I log in, it kicks me out. About the 3rd time, I’ll be able to log in.
Quick view keeps glitching
I keep having to delete and reinstall the app due to the quick view not working. Even when re-enabled in the app it still doesn’t work unless I delete and reinstall. Other than that it works well.
Westreet
One of the best places I’ve come across, the people are kind and very helpful, the app is perfectly made and easy to navigate, I always feel safe in my transfers etc.
Crashes constantly
The app used to be good enough to use not particularly great but practical. But over the last few months I have to open my app upwards of 12 or 13 times just for it to display my bank information. It crashes constantly. I’ve updated my phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve updated the app and nothing helps. It’s just not very good anymore. Honestly, I would uninstall it if I didnt have to use this bank.
Exceptional Bank!
I have been a member since 1995 and have never had a bad experience. I use the Jenks branch the most and l am impressed with the professionalism shown there. The rates are great, the loan officers have always been so helpful and easy to work with. TFCU is the best bank in Tulsa! I recommend it to all my friends and family!
Fix your app
Why does the app automatically close after facial recognition and it take 17 times of opening it to get it to actually open and see anything
