Good app. It would be great if I could send and receive money from others monthly without sending a check.
Terrible update
Slow and unresponsive app at this point. Says wrong password when I’m clearly looking at the correct password. It also sends a verification number that you can’t copy and paste and when you input the correct code it says wrong code and then it makes you wait 5 minutes to try again. Just another sign that I need to change banks.
App says lobby is closed / Buggy branch info
The app keeps showing a “lobby closed” message for the 91st & Delaware branch in Tulsa, even though the lobby is open. The app is showing the wrong information. Please fix this glitch!

This app is great! It saves so much time in trips to the bank. I’ve always had great experiences with Bank of Oklahoma, & that’s why I have been a customer for over 7 years now, and will continue banking with them.
ADD A REFRESH OPTIOM
Please add an option to refresh the banking accounts for after a transaction has gone through. Currently, you have to completely close out of the app and reopen and resign in to refresh the accounts. Add in a refresh button or option to refresh all the accounts while in the app please.

Glad we came !
We moved to BOK over 30 years ago. Since then we use BOK for all of our stuff including checking, savings, 401K, mortgage, IRA, online banking, and business. Could not be happier. Outstanding. Only good things come from BOK.
New update is worse
The app has always struggled with mobile deposits but the new app update is even worse. Error says they can’t accept the check because it’s already been submitted and the check was written 30 seconds ago. Now I have to drive to a location and deposit it like a Boomer.
So very pleased

Why is this app asking me for a rating over and over again? I have been asked 20 times this month to rate this app. Stop.

Company of lies
Had fraud. Shut down an account. Then they then said they would only allow credits to this account. But they allowed two debits. Blocked me from seeing this account so I could not even go back to Cash App and dispute these charges. When I talked to Bank of Oklahoma on the phone they stated they only allowed $500 out of this account. Now they are saying that they allowed $1000 out of this account. I caught this fraud within one hour and called Venmo, Cash App, and Bank of Oklahoma. Venmo did the best. Cash App and Bank of Oklahoma Failed me terribly
BOK
This has been my bank for over 50 years. They have never let me down and even protect my account. I received a call from their fraud department asking if I was in Tulsa. I was and they said someone was trying to use my account in New Mexico. They did not approve, notified retailer and closed that card and sent me a new one. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else!!
Log In Issues
For about 3 months each time I’ve tried to log in (via phone or computer) I’m told my account it locked out and I need to follow several steps to reset my password. This is ridiculous. Will be switching banks after being a customer for 10 years
Easy to use
The app features are user friendly, and anything I need to with my accounts on a daily basis is easily accessible.
Thinking about moving to another bank.
Aside from the counter-intuitive website balance info (is the value a posted and pending value, or what?), now I’ve got to change my debit card number on paid accts because BOK decided to force on me a new debit card with a different acct number. I should be sooooo blessed and thankful they ALLOWED me to keep my PIN the same 🤣🤣🤣

Load Time!!
It is absolutely absurd how long it takes for this app to load up after the Face ID login. Sometimes it takes up to 10 seconds. And yes, I have deleted and re-downloaded the app etc., etc. to no avail. Come on BOK! Your app feels like it’s from 2007 when the 1st iPhone came out. It’s been like this for months on multiple versions of iOS. Please fix it!
