Lo mejor
New app
For some reason the entire account has been tied only to my spouse. I’m unable to access our account through the new app. Tried to get the situation resolved through our local branch, and the app still isn’t functioning correctly. The visuals are incredibly ugly. The old app was user friendly. This thing is useless.

For some reason, my partner has the option to deposit checks on their mobile device, but my app doesn't.
Not an upgrade
The simplicity of the previous version was a much better experience. You could do everything required of a banking app with a much better experience. Not everything needs floating / sliding windows and rearranged, more difficult to see options.

please update program so the dollar amount is in dollars not cents (must add . to add cents), no bill is less than $1, paid a few bills wrong - paid $1.27 that should have been $127.00 or $4.50 that should have been $450.00 - then i ended up paying reconnection fee, late fee and or getting utilities shut off
Used to work great
This app use to work great. You could do anything you needed to. Now you can send money with Zelle, you can’t order a new card and you can’t order checks since the last update
Okay
Does what it needs to! But I loved this app so much more when I was able to quick view my current account balance. Now you have to go through the entire log-in process every single time. Bring back quick view 😭
Terrible
Terrible app even with the updates since they changed the way the app looks. It takes me 4 attempts to login every time because as soon as I click login, I immediately get that the page expired. A banking app is suppose to be fast and convenient. Literally faster to use the website than the app.

I hate that every time I want to get on the app I have to get a text. No matter if I just close the app and try to open it back up. I still have to do a text just to look
Terrible Update
The previous app and interface was clean and easy to use. The updated app is clunky, unreliable, and challenging to find some of the most basic items. Never had any issues with the previous app, but the new UI is terrible.
Taking steps backwards
Charging fees now unless you have a minimum balance? Changing the UI to make it worse and more clunky to use? No more starter credit card with no credit requirements for young people? Ten years ago this was the bank I chose to put my first paycheck in, yet Im working my out now.
New update.
The new update ruined the app. The option for making a payment online to a mortgage or other loan is completely gone. The format is much more complicated than the other version. When something isn’t broken it doesn’t need fixing. Hate it. Wife hates it and everyone else I’ve talked to that uses it hates it.
Frustrating
I don’t like the new changes. I have to remember my password every time now. It used to be so easy. It no longer is easy.
App isn’t good.
The new login process now requires you to receive a code after entering login credentials, which is unnecessary and time consuming. Very frustrating to receive lots of texts and emails every time I need to log in over time. Also, the app no longer allows me to deposit mobile checks after this app redesign. It claims “error processing, see local branch to deposit” for every check and has occurred for over a month. Didn’t have this problem until the app was redesigned. I see other complaints about this too, so it isn’t just me. Prior to this, the app would constantly be down too. Just all around poor user interface.
Update ruined it!
The Arvest app was so user friendly & quick and convenient to use. Since the latest update, it takes me as long to log in as it used to to log in & transfer money. They’ve added a ridiculous amount of steps & authentication which has led to much frustration on my end. I don’t want to have to check my email for a code every time I try to check my account or quickly move money around. Very disappointed.
Unusable
I have been using Arvest mobile deposit for several years. I use it to deposit checks sent to me. After the big overhaul of the app about a month ago, I can no longer use mobile deposit. I get an error message saying to visit the bank (that’s 10 miles away). I have uninstalled & reinstalled twice with no change. Maybe I should change banks after 20 years. Frustrating.
Horrible
The whole thing is more confusing to look at and is actually laggy when updating balances to the point of showing incorrect information about deposits in our various accounts. Disappointed in the new app.

Fire whoever created this app
The new Arvest banking app is absolutely awful. The login process is unnecessarily complicated—I have to enter my username and password multiple times and then still enter a code sent to my email just to access my account. Transferring money also seems to take much longer, and depositing checks has become more difficult. Banking should be simple and convenient, but this update has made it frustrating and time-consuming. I’m seriously considering leaving Arvest because of how poorly this online banking experience has been handled. Whoever designed this app seriously missed the mark.
