My Xfinity Reimbursement
I spoke with DCU & a Xfinity representative the Xfinity rep admitted the 2 charges on June 18,206 of $653.32 & $335.51 were a mistake & should’ve been reimbursed but DCU’s Donice Wallace ruled in Xfinity’s favor & took back the reimbursement right before the Labor Day weekend cause that I had to cancel a vacation I was taking my handicapped sister on we’re not charity cases but this is the truth plain & simple DCU has let me down & Im rethinking if my banking especially now that I’m back to work full time you see how much my checks are for every other Wednesday things are looking up & DCU when I need the help the most & have the information that proves my $$ should’ve never been allowed to be withdrawn for whatever reason Xfinity still doesn’t have one & admitted it on your recorded line after I found out you retook the reimbursement you originally gave me back & again at the worst time time & without notice I’m just upset of the let down of the utter lack of investigation just listen to the call Xfinity says it’s a mistake still no reimbursement how did DCU’s Donice Wallace rule in Xfinity’s favor it blows my mind honestly

App works ok again. For a time it was so bad I considered closing my account but something happened a year or two back and they got it together.
Standard UI design principles ignored
This app continues to ignore basic design principles and user flows making it tough to find the controls you’re looking for.
Check deposit regression
The check deposit feature has worked beautifully for years, but recent updates have made it terrible - the app cannot find the edges of the checks on the regular and it takes multiple attempts for each side to get an acceptable photo. The cropping also includes the area around the check frequently. In addition, when checks were deposited via the app, the funds up to a certain amount were usually available immediately, but now deposits are frequently held for review. Unclear if this is a new policy or if the poor check photos are to blame.
Convenient and simple
This application is very easy to navigate and accomplish any of my banking needs.
Bad Experience
DCU used to be much better than it is today. Customer service is very poor. If you ever have to call also when I applied for a HELOC and submitted my tax returns they had no idea what they were doing three weeks later they asked me for the same information and told me what I gave them was not stamped. Brought the same information to citizens And they approved me for 270,000 within two weeks. That’s why I no longer have confidence in DCU I believe a lot of other people feel the same from what I see on the Internet.
New check deposit broken
Whatever updates were made to the mobile check deposit interface have worsened that feature. It struggles to take photos at the appropriate scale with the weirdly zoomed-in view finder and I get error after error making it harder to deposit checks. Otherwise the app has always been good!
Mobil deposits
I scanned my check at least 30 times for it to say back is bigger than front of check. Probably come back unable to use do better with your scanners please !!
DCU is great but need Zelle
I’ve been a DCU member for more than 40 years. I love it, but when will you finally add Zelle???
Great bank great rate
This is a great bank. I switched to them years ago because they offered me a fantastic refinance on my car loan and I have recently got another car loan through them because of their rates. I would like to see them move a DCU a little bit further north like towards Concord, New Hampshire going into Manchester’s kind of a pain in the butt. So I think that would be my one recommendation.
Transfer from savings
With all the money I have here why doesn’t DCU move funds from savings instead of bouncing checks on me?
Check cashing
Everything works fairly well. After the most recent update, the app suddenly seems to struggle finding the edges of the check when you go to deposit it. It works eventually, but I have to take the same photo over and over again until it does

DCU is the best❤️ you will ever see in town. Their service is top notch

Just the best
As a member for over a decade, DCU has helped me in so many ways. I have never had an issue getting any problem solved, their banking staff either at the branch or online are simply amazing!
ATM locator useless
App is mostly fine, but I’m leaving a 1-star review because the ATM locator is useless. It doesn’t detect your location, choosing instead to zoom in on DCU’s home location. It also doesn’t show non-DCU ATMs or co-op branches. That means this feature is completely useless to anyone that lives outside of DCU’s main service area. Since DCU wants to be a national credit union, they need to do better in Digital Banking.

No Zelle support
What kind of US bank account mot support Zelle. Even mom and pop small banks are supporting Zelle. Don’t tell pay person is an alternative. It is not. DCU is no longer my primary bank. I can’t even transfer money to my friends from this bank. Banking intuitiveness at its worst.

I had this account since 1982 when I first joined the military. I’m 63 now and retired. DCU has been my favorite bank since.!!
Better Like the Website..2 hour holds if you call!
Get to know the website which is okay to use and do most transactions. Good luck if you have to call in the wait times are extraordinary!
